He listened to what I wanted and immediately introduced me to Rick Watson. Rick was prompt, had the cars ready for me to test drive as I came back in with one the other was ready to go. He listened to my needs (ie, family, dog, work) made excellent recommendations. Rick was personable, flexible and thoughtful. When they heard I had been renting a car while my insurance claim was being settled they gave me a loaner car until my car is ready. They even picked me up from the car rental place with a hot coffee in the cupholder waiting for me. I would highly recommend Rick and Al if you are looking for a new vehicle. This is now my 4th lexus that I have owned and I continue to return because the amazing servicing by Romeo. He remembers details year in and year out. Not just about my car but what's truly important to me. He is prompt in returning calls and always makes sure I'm happy with whatever experience I have while I'm in and out of the dealership.
