Great Service - Minor Shortfall Lyndsi ensured that all requested servicing, and a little extra, was completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. Great service over multiple purchases Sue has been great since my first dealings with her in 2014. With our first Lexus she took the time to examine many different options and ensure that Sue has been great since my first dealings with her in 2014. With our first Lexus she took the time to examine many different options and ensure that the car I had would be suitable for the duration of my lease and life events. Also given the amount that I drive for work she recommended features that now I couldn't imagine driving long distances without. When it came time for my next car purchase she not only assisted in breaking my lease with no cost but got us into one of our dream SUV's for a good price with great features. She had to deal with our questions over many months before it was the right time to commit to the purchase but she was patient, understanding to our needs and helped every step of the way. The service from Sue as well as her colleagues, Romeo, Liliana, and Kylie was exceptional. They've made my wife an I feel comfortable to commit to Lexus for multiple purchases and we don't foresee buying another car from anyone else. More

Best of the Best I travel over an hour each direction to get my Lexus serviced at Lexus of London. They always offer me a coffee, or refreshment, and have snacks whil I travel over an hour each direction to get my Lexus serviced at Lexus of London. They always offer me a coffee, or refreshment, and have snacks while I wait too. My car is always done to perfection, at reasonable prices, and even cleaned before they hand it back over to me. The service people call me by name, and always do their best to accommodate my short notice requests for service. I want to thank the service crew at Lexus of London led by Adam for going the extra mile and keeping a smile while doing it. Over the past few weeks I have had a few visits and had exceptional dealings with the entire team Jason, Lyndsi, Romeo, Karen and Adam. Great customer dervice from Romeo Nissan I brought in my lexus RX350 in on November 23 for a oil change and had all 4 of my tires changed. Romeo was the service rep.
