Great Service at Lexus Of London I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service advisor, and Romeo for the warm welcome ( Karen was not there during my visit ). I was offered a 'Loaner" vehicle so I did not have to wait at the dealership, and my vehicle was freshly washed when I picked it up at the end of the day. The recommendation for future service ( brakes ) was explained in full by Henry, so I will be prepared when I come back at my next service interval.
