You expect a very high service standard via Lexus and Lexus of London have nailed it. Romeo and Henry (or Harry) were a pleasure to deal with, absolutely made me feel at home and valued. I would not change anything in the service department and felt complete value for every penny spent. The dealerships support of local charity events and organizations is exceptional and over the top generous. More

Great Service at Lexus Of London I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service advisor, and Romeo for the warm welcome ( Karen was not there during my visit ). I was offered a 'Loaner" vehicle so I did not have to wait at the dealership, and my vehicle was freshly washed when I picked it up at the end of the day. The recommendation for future service ( brakes ) was explained in full by Henry, so I will be prepared when I come back at my next service interval. And a Big Thank you to Tom Hiscott from the Sales Department, for helping me choose the right vehicle...I love my RX 350. Angelo Trakas More
