It was a great purchasing experience with Lexus of London. I had two Lexus options to choose from: one was in Ottawa that I saw and one was in this dealership. Natalie, Lauren and Stephanie made this purchase very easy for me by giving me confidence and peace of mind. They delivered the car at my house all the way from London to Mississauga, the very next day. After delivery, I found windshield crack and windshield sprayer not working. I contact back to Natalie and she coordinate with Lauren and Stephanie to have my issue resolved. Stephanie talked to Service manager and she arranged a loaner car with driver name Rob all the way from London to Mississauga second time to take my car back for repair. It made me feel very comfortable and this took away a lot of stress from me and save my work time. I never had this kind of service before in the past when I bought pre-owned car. They replaced the windshield and fix the spray problem. This courtesy service was extremely helpful and stress free for me. In short, I would say Lexus of London is the best dealership who will stand behind their product and make every effort to make your purchase less successful and easy Natalie, Lauren and Stephanie were very helpful all along.
