From the onset my experience with Rick was nothing less than superb; it was like dealing with a close friend. I was able to make arrangements  to see the car the very next day. Because I  Live in Ajax Rick did everything in his power to place the car on hold so that my two hour commute for a test drive was not wasted.  To make a long story short, the ES350 was more than what I expected and Rick made the overall process of purchasing it seamless.
