A bad experience made much better I am very impressed by both the service levels and quality of vehicles from Theo Motors. I had to purchase a vehicle, not because I wanted to, but be I am very impressed by both the service levels and quality of vehicles from Theo Motors. I had to purchase a vehicle, not because I wanted to, but because I was involved in an accident that resulted in my vehicle being written off. There were severe time constraints also. I looked up the vehicles available online and had originally chosen 6 possibilities. Al Lester was incredibly helpful. First, going over the pros and cons of each vehicle. We had to visit both locations for me to be able to see the various cars. We narrowed it down to two for test drives. Throughout our discussions about the vehicles, it was obvious that Al really wanted to see me get the best value. He was very helpful and made me feel very valued as a potential customer. Once my decision was made, Raj also went above and beyond to take care of me, arranging for a driver to pick me up at the car rental place in another city, then bring me to pick up my new car. It was cold, raining and late (due to my having to work). Al was there, and again, took a great deal of time to go through all the controls and options on the vehicle so that I was comfortable driving it home. It has been three weeks now. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased, and very impressed with the service I received. I highly recommend Theo Motors. More

They made the whole experience so easy that when I needed a 2nd vehicle I didn't hesitate in 2008. Fast forward to this week. I bought my Girlfriend a older used SUV for her first vehicle 10 months ago from a Dealer in Toronto where she lived. It sucked. The vehicle was a lemon and basically the dealer told us we were on our own. Finally enough was enough and we headed up to Theo Motors, which has expanded to 2 Dealerships and also known as Most Wanted Cars, and looked around. Searching the internet site I already had a few in mind. The Salesman AL Lester was great and after a test drive and going over all the important stuff at dinner my Girlfriend decided to purchase my 3rd vehicle and her 1st. Raj Nakra the Owner has been there all 3 times going over the financing/history/warranty (if needed) and the little things you would never think of with the perfect blend of professionalism and well humour to make the buying experience a pleasure and worrisome free as possible. She noticed a remarkably clean 2011 mazdaspeed 3 parked in the front lineup along with many other impressive vehicles. We pulled in and took a look at the mazda. We had much time to look at the vehicle and discuss our options. We finally decided to speak with one of the salesman. Amit was very understanding and easygoing. He insisted that we take the car for a test drive. We were immediately impressed! We returned to the dealership and Amit referred us to speak with Raj for further information and details. Raj was very friendly, informative and helpful! All of our questions and concerns were answered accurately and professionally. We took a couple days to think it over without any pressure from the dealer. We then gave Raj the green light to finalize our purchase choice. All matters were handled with precision and Raj made some impressive connections and got us a great financing deal! They had the vehicle ready for delivery within 2 days. Totalled Mom's car and needed to replace it! Having car accident and totalling a car is very stressful. Replacing that car should be fun and not more stressful than the accident! We were having no luck with the car dealers we tried. A young woman shopping for a car does not always get treated as a man would. Theo Motors was very pleasant and straightforward. The price was fair. We took the car to our regular mechanic the morning after we purchased it and he could find nothing that needed fixing. Even better, the things that Theo Motors promised to repair or replace were actually done. They are trustworthy! Yeah! We are very happy customers and are telling all our friends. We would highly recommend them. More

Amit greeted me with courtesy and professionalism, answered all my questions and immediately set me up to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. After the test drives, I decided on the vehicle I wanted and Raj came over to help me finalize the purchase. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. These guys do business the good, old fashioned way - honest and with integrity. And if they say they will do something, they will (although it is always good business practice to have everything that was agreed written down on paper). At the conclusion of the sale, the vehicle was delivered to me fully detailed. More

We had looked at another dealer for the same vehicle. We saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. I had some reservations as I had not dealt with them before but knew they had been around saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. I had some reservations as I had not dealt with them before but knew they had been around for a long time. I was very surprised by these guys. The Town & Country we ended up with for the same price had many more options and less kms! They have a great inventory selection. Every thing I asked them to look at on the van we bought was looked after- no questions. One option could not be installed due to no fault of theirs and they have completely accommodated us to have it looked after in the near future. Every add on we asked for was VERY fairly priced. If there is something they don't have in inventory they will try to get it for you. They do not push with the extras, they simply offer and you decide. Financing was competitive and through major banks. Overall the best experience I've had buying a vehicle, the facilities may not look like a "brand name" dealership but you are not paying the extra for it either. I will go back to these guys first for our next purchase. First class all around is why I have rated them 5 across the board. More
