We want to say thank you to President [ CEO ] owner Mr.Raj Nakara and his son Amit for providing us with great experience in purchasing our car Audi A3. Both of them were very polite professionals assisting us in friendly and positive manner thru the process of buying car. Unfortunately purchased car developed electronic problem shortly after which wasn't result as of any less involvement in final inspection and preparation from dealer. Electronics fails in most unexpected moments. Mr.Raj with many apologies give us his car for use as a free rental for two weeks since part had to be shipped from Germany. [ Just to mention we're living 550 km north of Kitchener]. He even had fuel tank filled up for us. Repair had to be done in Audi dealership and final bill $ 1200 was honoured and promptly paid by Mr.Raj. Most Wanted Cars dealership will be first place we will stop and say Hello on our next trip to Toronto. A year later It has been a year since I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Al Lester at Theo motors. As I stated in my first review after purchasing the vehicl It has been a year since I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Al Lester at Theo motors. As I stated in my first review after purchasing the vehicle, Al was very helpful in my decision of which of the 5 cars I was looking at would be best suited to my needs and budget. He explained the pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at. Once I made my decision, I know their mechanics went over the vehicle with a "fine toothed comb" so to speak, to insure it was in the best mechanical condition before I picked it up. Well a year later I am still very happy with my car. It has needed no repairs, has had no issues, and gets much better gas mileage than my previous vehicle. Al was a huge help in making my decision without pushing a "hard sell" on me. I highly recommend Al Lester and the team at Theo Motors for your car purchasing needs. More

Smooth Sailing, Easy Peasy. The process was incredibly easy! I purchased a stick shift, 2010 Nissan Altima and I have only driven a stick shift in a total of maybe 15 hours?! The process was incredibly easy! I purchased a stick shift, 2010 Nissan Altima and I have only driven a stick shift in a total of maybe 15 hours?! I was super nervous, this is my first time owning a vehicle. I would refuse to test drive the car if the dealer came with us but luckily he didn't. It was just my boyfriend and I. After test driving it, talking to Allen... I was sold! I felt so comfortable with everyone, there was no pressure to buy. When it came to the finances, it was a very quick process! The entire process of looking at the car, test driving and then finishing the finances... was probably 1 hours and a half. I may be exaggerating but it was just that smooth & quick! The vehicle had less than 38,000 km and it was under $13,000! Interior was clean, exterior had hardly any markings. When picking up the car, they did an excellent job cleaning the exterior and an awesome job adding the tint I requested. Inside it was the same as when I test drove it. I thought they just didn't clean the inside because it was already clean, but there were a few gunky parts inside. Theo Motors wasn't one of my top choices by looking at the photos but chose to check them out because it was convenient in location and the hours of operation and I am very happy I made the visit! Highly recommend this dealership. More

No pressure Grade A+ used vehicles Well a few weeks back me, my wife and kids went for a little trip to south Carolina and realized that our current vehicle was just not comfortable eno Well a few weeks back me, my wife and kids went for a little trip to south Carolina and realized that our current vehicle was just not comfortable enough to do it again. I went on auto trader, kijiji and word of mouth and everywhere I went I heard the name theo motors. I decided to look into a suv/crossover and they had quite a few. But my eye was on this beautiful dodge journey that they had just pulled in on trade. Thats where I met Al, what an outstanding guy. He even went as far as cleaning the interior when I said I would come back and look at it a second time. I mean it looked showroom ready just 4 hours later. It drove like a dream and I had no complaints. I was sold on it. Then I met klaus. He did everything right and found me a finance company in less then 4 hours again. Offer me a decent payment plan....extended warenty and undercoating paint protect, I mean the whole 9 yards. Not your average here is your car and get out I've delt with at other dealers. These two outstanding gentleman made me feel at home and comfortable without the hassle off "ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT" feeling. I would gladly buy from these guys again in the future and will be the first place I recommend to any of my family and friends. Edit: Ive had a few issues with my vehicle in the past few weeks but the guys at Theos has met me half way on a new alternator and repaired it covering part of my cost which I am extremely grateful for. Today I had a bad starter and Raj was kind enough to cover the cost for me no questions asked. These guys are great and I will gladly deal with them any time. More
