Out of all the used car dealerships in the surrounding cities, Theo Motors was the one that stood out and shined over the rest. When we found Theo Motors, it was a given that we didn't need to look elsewhere to compare prices and look for something better because it was already here. Once we had chosen the vehicle we were gonna buy, they made sure that the flaws would be fixed. We were very impressed, our used car looked and felt like brand new! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice quality used car. It is a great atmosphere, I will surely come back for a second vehicle. More

I was turned down by my bank (with a cosigner) on Wednesday morning for a car loan. I went on kijiji and started searching for a dealership that worked with people with credit issues. I came across Theo Motors and not only do they help everyone they had the best price for a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta 2012! I called Amit at Theo Motors late Wednesday afternoon- really just trying my luck, not actually thinking I could be helped after being turned down by my own bank. Amit was very knowledgeable about the car and easily answered all my questions. He was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He then passed me over to Raj for financing. I was certain I would be turned down but thought it couldn't hurt to try. Raj called me within a few hours and I was approved!! And the interest rate was only 5.9%!! The next morning everything was taken care of. I faxed Raj my insurance and he did the rest! Within 24 hours I was driving home in my new car!! Both Raj and Amit were such a pleasure to deal with! No hassles and straight to the point. In addition to this awesome experience I had with getting the car, Raj and Amit noticed a small smudge in the paint (I hadn't even noticed it) after the car had already been tuned up, safety, etested and detailed and I was ready to drive away. Raj insisted I take a $100 gas gift certificate for not noticing and taking care of the smudge. Great people, great business, great car, great experience! I am from Chatham and will drive to Kitchener for my next cars - and I will tell everyone I know to do it too! More

I was looking for this particular vehicle (jeep wrangler) for well over a year. I happen to come across it in the auto trader at Theo Motors it was at such a great price. I met with Damian who was very helpf for well over a year. I happen to come across it in the auto trader at Theo Motors it was at such a great price. I met with Damian who was very helpful with getting me to test drive the vehicle as well as getting the paper work started since I was under a time restraint. I was in and out within 2hrs. They fixed any of my minor concerns, and they also gave me a decent trade in with my previous car. I was shocked that they told me I would be able to come pick up my jeep the very next day. Overall my experience with them was very good, I've been bragging about the dealership every time someone has asked me about my jeep ;) excellent customer service. More
