I am disappointed with my experience regarding an air-conditioning issue on my Toyota vehicle. In August 2023, I paid Charlesglen Toyota in Calgary to diagnose and repair a problem with my vehicle air-conditioning issue on my Toyota vehicle. In August 2023, I paid Charlesglen Toyota in Calgary to diagnose and repair a problem with my vehicle's air-conditioning system. While the system worked temporarily after the visit, it failed again within a few months. The pattern continued over the following years, with the air conditioning functioning only seasonally before failing again. When I returned to the dealership in 2025, visible leakage was identified on the condenser. This raised concerns for me about whether the underlying cause of the problem had been fully diagnosed during the original service visit. Given that the air-conditioning system had operated reliably for approximately 12 years before the 2023 repair, I expected a more thorough diagnosis and a lasting solution. I discussed my concerns with management and requested either reimbursement of the original diagnostic fee or some form of goodwill resolution. Unfortunately, I did not receive the assistance I was seeking. I also attempted to escalate the matter to senior management but was unable to obtain a direct response that addressed my concerns. My primary frustration is not simply the air-conditioning failure itself, but the lack of accountability and customer support after the issue reoccurred. Based on my experience, I believe the original diagnosis did not fully identify the root cause of the problem, and my efforts to resolve the matter through the dealership were unsuccessful. I encourage customers to keep detailed records of all diagnostic work and to seek clarification regarding what testing has been performed and what underlying causes have been ruled out. More

We purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander. It did take awhile and during that time we had three different sales people. The first two were great, unfortunately the last one was most concerned about us picking the vehicle up by the end of the month. I guess it relates to there monthly sale, but by the 12 time they mentioned it, it seem to be the main concern during the purchase. We did have to wait 15 months for our vehicle. Although I personally will not by another vehicle here, after that experience, the service department still seems well run. More

It was a 5-star service when I bought from this dealership. But the first service was terrible and unacceptable. I bought the four-year Platinum ECP for my 2025 RAV Hybrid Limited and I was told 6 dealership. But the first service was terrible and unacceptable. I bought the four-year Platinum ECP for my 2025 RAV Hybrid Limited and I was told 6 free services in three years totally free including oil change. The first service, they charged me $153.93 for oil change. Then I was told the ECP does not cover oil change for every service. It was because the Hybrid model, oil change every 16,000 KM. The owner's manual and the Toyota website specified every 6 months/8,000 KM. So, think it over before you buy their ECP package. My friend bought a Hybrid Sienna from them and oil change was free. I really don't understand, and lose the trust of Toyota. They screwed up my booking schedule and I had to wait 3 and a half hours for the first service. More
