I met with Nelson Tang when I was looking for a new car as I was hit by a driver that ran a red light and my previous car which I loved very much got written off. Nelson put me in an amazing Dodge Charger Daytona Special addition this car was a 2006 but with only 40,000 km's on it I will be very happy and proud of this car for years! Nelson did not pressure me at all which I liked very much, he started by asking me what I was interested in and showing me all of the cars that he thought I would like, then we went on a test drive in the beautiful Charger and said that if I liked the car take it home and I did! When picking up the vehicle Nelson was very happy to see me and kept up great service even though I had already made a deal, he definitely made me feel at ease and confident with my decision. Wow and to top it off the team of great workers at TEAM Chrysler did a total professional detail job of the inside and outside of my car which made it look like it was at a car show! Would recommend team Chrysler to friends and family and anyone looking for a great deal on a beautiful car! Best experience at a car lot! More

Tire replacement I pick up a nail in the tire (sidewall) of my one year old Dodge Grand Caravan. The tire could not be repaired and Amanda (service) and Nelson (sales) I pick up a nail in the tire (sidewall) of my one year old Dodge Grand Caravan. The tire could not be repaired and Amanda (service) and Nelson (sales) arranged to have it replaced at no cost under my warranty. Great service. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Grand Caravan from Nelson Tang and he has always followed up with me when I am at the Dealership for service. I highly recommend Team Chrysler. More

Excellent Sales Team and Superb Service Team I just had service on my Dodge Caravan yesterday and realized how great of a dealership Team Chrysler really is. While my veichle was being serviced, I dropped in to say hello to Nelson who I had purchased the van from last year which is also my third veichle purchased from him. Because of his knowledge and friendliness and most importantly my experiences with him, I just recently referred a very good friend of mine to purchase a veichle from Team Chrysler but more specifically Nelson. He was pleased to see me and after a few minutes of conversation he surprisingly walked over to the Service desk and said that he would take care of the service bill. And I could only say great things about service advisor Shane Marion! I now live in Guelph which is about 1 hour away but I still and will only go to Team Chrysler for service. He is the only one that I feel comfortable working on my veichle which by the way is always quick and efficient. He always goes the extra mile and then some to make my experience a very pleasant one. I purchased the Jeep on May 14th, I am writing this review to thank the people at Team Chrysler regarding my purchase of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I purchased the Jeep on May 14th, 2014 at Team Chrysler with the help of salesman Nelson Tang. I absolutely love this vehicle. My boyfriend had just purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from Nelson and Team Chrysler and he had set up a test drive for me in a Jeep Wrangler. After test driving the Jeep, I knew this was the vehicle for me. We sat down with Nelson and negotiated a deal for the Jeep. This was the first new vehicle that I have ever purchased and I really want to thank Nelson for making the purchase a pleasant experience.
