I've visited quite a few other dealerships and I live in the opposite side of Toronto. But I found Team Chrysler is definitely the number one dealer for Jeep Wrangler and worthwhile for me to drive all t in the opposite side of Toronto. But I found Team Chrysler is definitely the number one dealer for Jeep Wrangler and worthwhile for me to drive all the way there! Other dealers are a joke when it comes to choices and inventory for Wranglers. Some don't even have a 2 door in stock to show me. On the other hand, Nelson at Team Chrysler had TWO put out for me to test drive (one 6 speed and one auto) the first time we met and without appointment! I was in Jeep Heaven when he showed me the many choices and colors of both new and used ones in their lot. The whole purchase experience is excellent! More

Myself (Heather Jones) & my Fiancee (David McCormack) were coming into Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep to LOOK at used Jeep Wranglers after checking out a personal sale on Kijiji earlier that morning, and get s were coming into Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep to LOOK at used Jeep Wranglers after checking out a personal sale on Kijiji earlier that morning, and get some comparables.. to make a decision on whether to buy private or with the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership Nelson Tang very quickly came outside to assist us with any questions and inquire what we were interested in. After we explained that we were looking for, Nelson showed us some used inventory, that didnt really fit what we were looking for. He could tell that we weren't overjoyed and said "give me one minute I will be right back, I think I have something you will like". He came back with keys to a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport.. and to our surprise it was very affordable and David fell in love with it!! When we went inside the dealership we noticed that Rich Fatrola was now employed at this location (rather than previously at your sister store), and Nelson quickly brought him over to greet us. We have bought numerous vehicles from Rich in the past and are always please with his service. (My dad bought a Dodge Ram, Mom bought a Dodge Dart, Sister bought a Dodge Charger, Sisters Boyfriend bought a Chrysler 300, and I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) Now, we were getting one for my fiancee, and we go where we get treated right with excellent customer service!! :) David wanted a specific look and some upgrades to the Jeep we were considering, and Rich made sure he got everything that he wanted and we were still happy with the price, so we said wrap it up!! haha On the day we came back to pick up David's new Jeep it was out front sparkling and looked great!! David had a grin from ear to ear and Rich & Nelson quickly came out to make sure he was happy, with extreme enthusiasum, they really made the experience special for David, being his first time buying a brand new vehicle! Nelson then took care of the final details with us and the Finance Manager and Nelson gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service clerks whom we would have our vehicle serviced with. Overall, RIch & Nelson were both amazing, and these types of pleasant upbeat personalities sells cars!! We weren't even planning to buy that day when we walked in, and they made us feel welcome, comfortable & excited about making a purchase! They will be the people we come to see when we need another vehicle, and recommend friends and family to visit! Thank you to both of them!! More
