Great place! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle that shortly after we brought home I knew was not for us! We are from the Windsor area and we traded in my baby, a Pearl White fully loaded every option Grand Cherokee Overland. I was devastated when I realized we had made a mistake by selling it. My husband was determined to find a replacement I would love even more but deep down I was certain he would not succeed. It was too late my beauty was gone and I would never get it back. Well at 11pm that night my husband said "You will never believe this, I found your car you're going to love it! Only problem is it's in Missisauga" I didn't care I couldn't believe it if what he was describing was true and it wasn't sold yet it was meant to be and I had to have it! The next morning at 917 am I called the dealership, I was transferred to Nelson and that is where our success story began. Nelson was above and beyond helpful and friendly. It became his goal to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and our experience. My husband also had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Boyd for a bit and he has nothing but great to say about his experience with him as well. In fact he and I both are going to be going back to Team Chrysler for some add ons we would like and for winter tires, just because we were so pleased with the customer service. We have had some great service in the Leamington area but nothing compares to the crew at Team Chrysler. They made it their goal and priority after an unfortunate incident had us going up a day earlier that we had initially told Mr. Boyd and Nelson to get our gorgeous Grand Cherokee Overland! They were all determined to do what had to be done to get us on the road home in our new vehicle. We don't have enough great things to say about Team Chrysler, we would recommend them to anyone and we will 100% be going back, they were worth the drive in a snowstorm!!! Needless to say although I did have some doubts that nothing would compare to my first Overland, I am even happier and more in love with my second one. In fact I'm glad we made that "mistake" and sold the first one because now I have a gorgeous vehicle that I am going to hang on to! Thank you to Mr. Boyd, Nelson, Mike, all the guys in service and everyone else who had a hand in making this deal happen in no time at all. You guys rock Team Chrysler! More

It started by a friendly greeting at the reception and I was introduced to Nelson Tang, he was the most helpful and professional sales person I have met in all the dealerships, he was giving me advice I what options would be best regarding the financing part, very honest to be true, as a matter of fact we are friends now, then after a long two hours of pulling and pushing (he was very tolerant) we came to a deal which was the best deal I got in the past two weeks thanks to Nelson's patience and cooperation Then I was introduced to Mike Winter the manager who in turn was very friendly and helpful, we sealed the deal and he threw in a couple of extras also which was very generous of them ( you don't usua get that from a dealership without a fight!) Thoroughly Professional Our family needed a new mini van, so we went online and found a 2014 Grand Caravan with low km's and a great options package. The only issue was we live in London, Ontario and the dealership was in Mississauga. We have never heard of TEAM Chrysler but we thought the offer was worth investigating. I phoned TEAM and told the receptionist about our interest in an online offer. She stated she would connect me with Nelson Tang in sales. Nelson immediately came across as very friendly and knew exactly about the Grand Caravan we were inquiring about. We mentioned we would like to see the van after work that night, but with the drive from London could not be there before 7:30 pm. Nelson stated he would arrange to meet us, gave us clear directions and reiterated to us to please drive carefully a couple of times. Now, not having any previous experience with Nelson, or indeed the TEAM dealership, we really didn't know what to expect. From the moment we arrived that night Nelson made us feel right at home. The Grand Caravan was parked right in front of the main dealership doors. We received a thorough overview along with the test drive, both conducted in a very professional manner. Nelson presented the offer, explained all of our options and did so with no pressure or gimmicky sales pitches. After accepting the offer, we met with Brandon, TEAM's business manager. Brandon thoroughly and patiently presented various value added packages to us, with once again no pressure (even though the dealership was now closed). We received first class treatment from Nelson and TEAM. We highly recommend them as thoroughly professional. It was very much worth the drive from London! - Paul & Linda Van More
