I pay more than $900 and they don't give a courtesy of a carwash. In the last 5 services they says the carwash is broken and not in service, but other clients get their carwashes. No secretaries in costumer service and only 1/3rd of employees is working from Toyota Town. And If you go to ask anything, they treat you with anger and without education.
