The comfortable waiting area is sometimes noisy so customers cannot hear their name being called. With today's technology there should be a way to post the names on the tv screens in the waiting room so customers can read when their vehicle ready. I think this would make it easier for those with hearing challenges. More

LaToya is amazing. 😊 She is professional, patient, and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. I've been with Toyota-Town for over 20 years and have had some bad experiences with two service advisors in particular.
