I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

From start to finish, everyone I encountered was professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. The sales team made the purchasing process smooth and transparent, keeping me updated throughout the delivery timeline. When I finally received my vehicle, it was in perfect condition and exactly as promised. Most recently, I brought my car in for my first service appointment. The service department was equally impressive, my service advisor was courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and the entire team worked efficiently to get my vehicle back to me without delays. - Booked for 2:45, showed up at 2:37 and waited 15 min for someone to check me in (or frankly, talk to me) - was told it would 2hrs because they were backlogged, I booked for a tire change and basic oil for someone to check me in (or frankly, talk to me) - was told it would 2hrs because they were backlogged, I booked for a tire change and basic oil change (indicating I was staying), 2hrs seems excessive for these services - car didn’t move in until 3:15…sat for 1/2hr before any work even started - internal tracking number was left on the vehicle (small, attention to detail…) More

I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for some much needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through the process. The mechanic sent me a video to show the damaged parts and what needed done immediately and also what could wait. He did a tutorial so I saw and understood everything being done. I was contacted by phone to discuss all my options throughout. Always polite and friendly. Great crew! I am happy again driving my old car knowing that it is safe because of a job well done. Kudos to this crew and to those responsible for hiring them. Also a shout out to Gwen who helped me so much when I purchased my car so long ago. She has contacted me several times through the years to see how I'm doing and to make sure I'm still happy with my car. Lovely women, great sense of humor. I recommended this dealership to my daughter last year when she was buying her new car. She's also a happy customer and has been treated with the same care and respect for all her service appointments. Five stars all the way! More
