LaToya was excellent. Nothing but good things to say about her. But I don't get what you guys are doing there. I walk in and all the desks say "go out to the garage". I wonder out there and no one even notices I'm there. I'm not sure if I should interrupt someone, if I should line up somewhere, if someone has even noticed I walked in. They had me an elevelope to fill out and just disappear. I finally waited enough that I went outside and put it in the box as if I came after hours. When I go to pick up my car it's the same thing. I just stand around trying to look as confused as I can and hope someone notices. I finally interrupted someone and he couldn't even hear me because some sort of loud work is being done and quite frankly, he seemed a bit annoyed that I needed to talk to him at all. I was quoted $500 for a key. For a key. I was quoted $145 from a third party. Honestly, I'm going to look for a third party for maintenance as well at this point. If I'm going to be paying $170 an hour I guess I'd like to witness something a little more professional. Doesn't help that you closed down the cafe either. The optics of that shuttered feature says a lot. More

A typical dealership that only cares about their revenue. The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Fri The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Friday, service advisor couldn’t tell if f I am getting Toyota rims or OEM rims; but didn’t stop him to charge me $800+ for them, $100 + more than I was quoted 4 days ago. So xxxxxx that I am not coming back forever. More

I recently had a car service done at Toyota Town London, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff. The individuals at the front desk displayed very and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff. The individuals at the front desk displayed very rude behavior and lacked basic customer service etiquette; there were no smiles and their communication style was unwelcoming. Furthermore, I had booked this service in advance and confirmed that a specific defective part would be installed. However, on the day of the service, I was informed that the part was not available, which was frustrating given the prior confirmation. Toyota Town London really needs to work on improving the customer service skills of their front desk team. A more friendly and organized approach would significantly enhance the customer experience.
