So off we went to Turipn and lo and behold the car was ready in half an hour. Dealt with Terry at the service desk, a great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel like we mattered, unlike our dealership. We are going to buy a new Kia soon and we've already decided it will be from Turpin. Small town dealership vs big city dealership, no contest small town wins hands down. Can't buy that kind of service, it comes from the people and it shows they truly care! More

Great sale! Walked through the door and greeted by Fern. "I want to learn about buying a new car" I said. Started from there and a week or so later I drove away i Walked through the door and greeted by Fern. "I want to learn about buying a new car" I said. Started from there and a week or so later I drove away in a new Kia Rio hatchback. A really good experience. The new car is being loaded on a ship in Montreal and is going north with our yearly sealift of dry goods and new furniture. It was an education process for me. I had almost given up when I reached out to Perth Kia and Cory Ratcliffe the manager wowed me from the VERY first e-mail response. Since then I have referred friends who have closed and also very happy and I drive from Orleans to Perth for oil changes, etc.. THAT is how good they are! More
