This service appointment was based an a service follow-up as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. It was corrected to 95% which was mo as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. It was corrected to 95% which was more than satisfactory for me short of paying more service fees that I feel at this time is unwarranted given the issue at hand. I appreciate the hands on service given by the owner/manager at Turpin! Done very well! More
