I was fortunate enough to meet Nelson and he graciously guided me through the car buying process. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with a great deal of respect, he found a car that fit my needs and my budget. Derek made sure the financing went smoothly and worked out a fantastic deal for my trade. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them or any of the staff that I came into contact with while I was there, everyone always smiled and greeted me. My brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue was delivered with an issue that is still being resolved. Collins Nissan is currently working with me to fix it, I am frustrated that the car was delivered to me like this; however I am very pleased with how dedicated Nelson has been, and continues to be, to ensuring my car is perfect and my experience is fantastic. More
