Having been to several dealerships in search for a new car, I was immediately impressed with the approach taken by Fred. He took time to understand what I was looking for, what other product I had been lo car, I was immediately impressed with the approach taken by Fred. He also showed genuine interest in wanting to work with me to find a vehicle that would suit my needs even if he didn't have one readily on the lot. Collins Nissan was the only dealer that I could find where you could build and price your vehicle and this is a wonderful feature on your website. My build and price vehicle just so happened to be on the lot and I was able to test drive it right then and there. My entire experience was handled very professionally and the atmosphere speaks to a wonderful team environment. Everything was explained to us in detail from start to finish. We had a most enjoyable experience because of the way all the staff treated us.
