The best dealership around I recently purchased my car from Collins Nissan in St Catharines. I felt very welcome upon my arrival and throughout the whole process from start to finish. It's nice going to a dealership and having this pleasant experience. At Collins Nissan I felt like a person and not a sale. They were very informative and not pushy ( I had this happen at OTHER car dealership places and left because of it ) Nelson was very knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing, and assured me this car would fit my needs for work and regular use, I asked him many, many questions and he didn't hesitate to answer ALL of my questions quickly and efficiently .Derek was very informative about the paper work process and answered every question I had or offered to help where needed with the paper work. They were very conscience of my budget and found me a vehicle under my budget, being a working mom of 3, that was very important to me to stay within the price I had in mind, knowing that they were listening to me about that is wonderful and shows that they care and will go the extra step to ensure that happens. my overall experience was 100% amazing and wasn't stressful at all ( because we all know how stressful this can be ) at Collins Nissan they make buying a vehicle easy and stress free More

Fantastic staff, car delivery left a lot to be desired. I walked into Nissan not entirely sure what I wanted and extremely hesitant to purchase; however my vehicle was in dire need of replacement. I was fortunate enough to meet Nelson and he graciously guided me through the car buying process. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with a great deal of respect, he found a car that fit my needs and my budget. Derek made sure the financing went smoothly and worked out a fantastic deal for my trade. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them or any of the staff that I came into contact with while I was there, everyone always smiled and greeted me. My brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue was delivered with an issue that is still being resolved. Collins Nissan is currently working with me to fix it, I am frustrated that the car was delivered to me like this; however I am very pleased with how dedicated Nelson has been, and continues to be, to ensuring my car is perfect and my experience is fantastic. More
