Absolute best service I've ever received from a car dealer! I worked remotely with Jesse Mason and Derek Schiavone to arrange a purchasing from Collins Nissan the service was FANTASTIC . There were no high pressure tactics, and information was provided when asked in a manner that was clear and understandable. Jesse and Derek worked through the logistical nightmares of an out of town purchase with me and the entire process was FAR smoother than was anticipated . Derek worked his magic to get me the best financing options available. I am utterly impressed with the entire experience. In the end I purchased a 2016 Altima SL. The detailing was perfect and my winter tires were installed prior to delivery with he stock tires bagged up neatly in the back. Jesse even came in on his day off to ensure I was completely satisfied. Jesse took all the time needed to walk me through the safety and technology features on my new car explaining warranty and service intervals as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kudos to Collins Nissan!!! More

Although we had already made initial contact and mainly dealt with Derek Schiavone, everyone we came across in the dealership, while looking around, was very friendly, asked if there was anything we needed and told us we could ask anyone working there if we needed anything at all. We had spent the past 2 months looking for a new vehicle and had felt a lot of pressure at some of the dealerships we visited. At no time did we feel any of this pressure at Collins. We appreciated the friendly, comfortable no pressure experience we had and were happy to make the purchase of our new Nissan Murano at Collins Nissan. More

We had some issues on our part not having the best credit and it took a couple days extra to get through but he kept in contact with us every day, helped out as much as he could, worked around our busy schedules and he made sure that we got the brand-new fully loaded car that we wanted. I explained my needs to them and they had no problem finding me a few potential options. While discussing the cars and taking me out for test drives, they made me feel very relaxed and not pressured into making any rash decisions. I also felt heard because they were able to find the vehicle with ALL my needs ...It took a lot of work for them to find a way to make my car of choice happen with the financing but all of them were always open, honest and very thorough through the whole process. They also worked very quickly and i never had to wait and wonder what was going on. I felt like i could trust them and that they were trying to keep my family's best interest in mind at all times. The day of delivery was a very happy day. Jesse was so informative and very helpful in making it very smooth for me to drive away happy.
