Awesome Both Derek & Rob understood the situation I was in and without any pressure presented the options that were available to myself. Although our initial meeting had to be rescheduled we made arrangements to test drive vehicles the following week. Although it took a couple of days because of my work schedule, Rob was present during the last day of test driving. Again no pressure. After sleeping on my decision overnight, the paper work was initiated the next morning. Derek & Rob were great. Within 3 days I was driving a new vehicle. I have be back to Collins Nissan since and have left with knowing that they stand behind there products 100%. Any issues that I may have encountered were quickly rectified to my satisfaction. My vehicle broke down and it was time to let go of it and find something newer, because l couldn't find a way there Fred had me picked up and driven home. that was the beginning of a great business relationship! He was patient and knew what car l needed to meet my needs both affordable and what l would be happy with...I will always deal with Fred as long as he is selling cars. Derrick also went above and beyond to secure financing were the payments would fit in to my budget. He took his time to be sure l was getting the best rate he knew l needed that for the budget l supplied to him. I felt he truly had my best interest in mind.
