Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. I went to Whitby Toyota to purchase the first new vehicle I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitte I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitten. Arda and Chris did all the paperwork and follow up and in just 6 months I received my Corolla Cross.
