Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. Purchase of my 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD Limited The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold it for $2,400 2nd car is a 02 Camry-Solara and it has 427,000km - Like new, no issues and still use it. The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate. I've been with Toyota since 1988 and have worked with the dealership(s) in the US and Canada to service with Toyota parts ONLY. I recommend this dealership. Jimmy Fernandes More

Nothing but the best When I arrived at Whitby Toyota, I knew I was in good hands. Previous dealings with the folks at the dealership was pleasant and left me sold on Toyot When I arrived at Whitby Toyota, I knew I was in good hands. Previous dealings with the folks at the dealership was pleasant and left me sold on Toyota's for years to come. I inquired about a Scion FR-S that I had seen on the website and received a phone call from Andrew the next morning. I was surprised that Andrew was able to let me know about my inquiry... on a holiday monday! When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by many familiar faces and felt at home right away. Between Miles, Chris and Andrew, the three gentlemen worked out a price that was do able for me and my budget. I thank all the Staff at Whitby Toyota and look forward to doing business again with them in the future. More

Super happy with the Re-designed 2015 Corolla LE Gary Brown was very patient and answered my endless questions. He also put up with my need to test drive several cars, new and used. My first was an 84 hatchback and the other two were sedans. I was looking to go back to the hatchback so I started out looking at the Matrix. Gary politely introduced the new Corolla as an alternative because of its redesign and increased space. I never felt pressured into buying it. In the end the Corolla just sold itself, together with Gary's no haggle pricing. Thank you Gary More
