Hands down Whitby Toyota has the best service centre. Any time I go there, I come away a satisfied costumer. Last time, I took my 2010 Prius in because of a sudden hybrid system warning message. Jay Ells was super kind, helpful and informative during my whole visit, while Adam Hassira went above and beyond, did his magic and found me a loophole to get the inverter assembly with converter replaced for free. Ladies, if you want to be treated fairly with excellent customer service, Whitby Toyota is the place to go! More

When I tried to booked appointment for service the lady that I talked said no need for appointment you can walk in but we waited 2.5 hours I know we been told that wait time is 2 hours but still if we can that I talked said no need for appointment you can walk in but we waited 2.5 hours I know we been told that wait time is 2 hours but still if we can book ahead of time that’s better than waiting for a long time. Hopefully when I came back it’s less wait time. More
