Took Toyota 2010 for a scheduled 0900 hrs appointment on Jan. 24th. Diagnostic test indicated Air Flow sensor. Charged $140 for test. Agreed to have the work completed. Cost to install is $140. Total of $770 including taxes. Two issues. The cost for Air Flow sensor at other Toyota dealerships is $240 plus taxes and the less than half hr job took from 0900 to 1152 hrs. More

I went in for a simple oil change, no scheduled appointment. They were really welcoming when I arrived and told me to pull right into the service area. They performed the oil change quickly, and al appointment. They were really welcoming when I arrived and told me to pull right into the service area. They performed the oil change quickly, and also brought me out to show that the Lugnuts were not the right type for my winter tires which I had been driving with for about a month. I was very appreciated that they pointed this out and they corrected the problems since I had the proper bolts in my vehicle. It was nice to know nothing got missed excellent service! More
