On top of being overcharged on minor repairs I recently had another problem through my own mechanic who tried to get a part from them which turned out to be non existent and unobtainable!! He called them to get a shifting cable for my 2015 jeep Cherokee and was told they would have it in the next day which was a Saturday morning and they made him pay for it which came to $50-$60. He paid for it and went in the Saturday morning to pick it up and was told they didn’t have it and wouldn’t be getting it in at all. When he told them the situation they said “what do you want me to do it’s not my problem and too bad”! He asked for his money back and they denied him the money returned and said once again that it’s not their problem! I called up jeep Canada and found out that they stopped making parts for my car a while ago!! So the dealership lied to him knowing full well the situation and even took a payment for something they knew they couldn’t get!!!! This dealership should be under review for its shoddy work and its shady deals!!! Terrible service terrible customer service and care!! Jeep of Canada is now looking into it for us!!!

My first time (after owning 4 Ram trucks) to Doyles collision centre was an experience I needed to comment on. Scott and Kevin were amazing with the time they took and the patience they had well working on my damaged 2021 Ram . Delayed parts out of their control, was frustrating but the time each of them took to calm my concerns and the way they went out of their way to explain and show me calmed my nerves and made me realize I’d picked the right dealership .Despite how busy they were and my constant questions and visits to check on progress they were professional, courteous and respectful .The finished job left me pleased and satisfied completely . Highly recommend this dealership .

After buying a truck and purchasing the extended rust warranty my truck began to rust out the under the door from the inside due to a leaking 3rd tail light. 1 year after I purchased the truck they refused to honor their extended rust warranty and told me I would have been better off to save my money and pay for body work my self because I had to anyway

Called and was basically told not there problem and I would need to pay myself. Typical Chrysler customer service spend 70.000 on a vehicle and not have any kind of guarantee with it. I own a RAM 1500 EcoDiesel since 2017 and have been getting it serviced at Stouffville Chrysler ever since. At the beginning the service advisors and technicians were all very good. Of late however every single advisor and mechanic I knew have all left this dealership. It is now my opinion their service is not what it use to be. E.g. of poor service: My air suspension was leaking and without checking the system they advised I replace the compressor and control valves, further if that didn't fix the problem then change the air bags. They did not want to look for the leak but rather have me change components until we hit the 'jack pot'. This I thought was unacceptable since these components are very expensive and could run me almost $10k. I looked around and found a local mechanic familiar with heavy duty trucks using air suspension and air brakes and he was able to find two leaks, one air bag and a fitting at the air tank. I had him replace the bag and fitting. The air suspension has worked very well again since then however I find the truck sits a little higher in the rear than before and with a measuring tape the right side sits slightly higher than the left. Which brings me to another unacceptable service experience from Stouffville Chrysler. I took the vehicle in for a recall (fuel pump replacement) and while it was 'IN' I requested an air suspension calibration specifically telling the advisor the rear ride height was a little too high, that I wanted it put back to its original oem ride height and the right side slightly higher than the left. When I picked up my vehicle the ride height was exactly the same as I had given it to them even though the work order says the technician had performed the calibration and it had "passed at this time." I tried discussing with the service advisor that they had not done what I requested but had only measured and confirmed the ride height was within acceptable specs. I told her I knew this already and I was paying to have it adjusted to what I wanted... original oem height. I also questioned how it could be acceptable when one side is higher than the other. She then spoke with the service manager and technician and concluded something must be wrong with the entire air suspension system and they would need to perform an error code scan. This sounds like total xx. They again don't know what to do and would like the customer to throw money at them until hopefully the problem is solved. I don't know that the technician is at fault because maybe it wasn't explained to him what I requested. I do know if you decide to take your vehicle there for service you should be weary of the service advisors ignorance and the service manager's lack of customer service to 'make it right'. Let me also add that the fuel pump recall was scheduled for 4 to 6 hours and I needed to leave the vehicle with them for an entire day. I was then told this recall does not qualify for a loaner vehicle. I had to take the day off since my job requires the use of my truck or at least a vehicle which can carry some hand tools. The fact that their service repair needed an entire day and they are not prepared to give the customer a loaner is also another example of poor customer service. While I understand some customer don't need a vehicle for work and can be dropped off and picked-up, Chrysler Stouffville also should understand some of their customer do need a vehicle for work and should be able to schedule one when needed.

Horrible experience! I didn't know if this was the right thing to do, but after sleeping on it and waking up still angered, I guess I had to get it off my chest. I was dealing with a certain sales rep by the name of Yiannis Marcellin. We've been going back and forth over the phone to get a deal done on one of the vehicles they had. We've been talking for about a week. I live about 2 and half hours away so I wanted to make sure that my time wasn't wasted on all the details. He gave me all the information including the full details how much it would cost out the door by text. I reinterated over and over again to him if this was the exact price of the vehicle and he agreed on numerous times it was by sending the quote details by email. I was getting excited to purchase this vehicle and coming to Woodstock for the first time. I live in the northeastern part of Ontario. The sales rep kept pushing me everyday when I was coming, so I finally took a day off from work to come purchase the vehicle because I didn't want to lose out on it, as said by the sales rep over and over again. So finally I'm on my way to the Chrysler dealership. I was about 10 minutes away after a long drive due to traffic, when I get a phone call from Yiannis. He tells me there's been a mistake in the price, that it's $6000.00 more and that they made an error. I was in shock and angered by this as you can imagine. I was just 10 minutes away from the Chrysler dealership. I told them this was bad ethics by them and they should honour the price given, but he said there was nothing he can do and hung up. I don't usually go about wasting time in writing reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews on this dealership, I just had to tell my story as well. Plese stay away from this place. They're unethhical, and show no remorse for there mistakes!

Very aggresive and they will wear you down until you can no longer think straight and then the boss called me dramatic when I said they are aggresively pushy. They do not answer your questions about other cars except for upping the interest on them so it looks like there are no real savings. Deeply regret dealing with them. Never again!!!

Our 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys experienced an issue that caused the steering to become unfunctional while driving. Being that my wife could not move the steering wheel she went left of center and ran off the road in La Salle. Luckily, no one was injured. We brought our Jeep to Racicot for repair since it was where we got the jeep. After 3 months of them trying to diagnose what happened they said they have no idea what caused the issue because there is no code being thrown in the system. We expressed multiple times over the last three months that we are very concerned to take the vehicle back with no repairs and at first they were very sympathetic and said they understood. However, 3 months later we were told that we needed to bring the loaner back and there was nothing else they could do to diagnose the problem we experienced. When we stated that we did not want to take the vehicle back due to the possible impending occurrence they stated there was nothing else they could do. We noted that we would be getting an attorney to ensure any future possible injury or property damage would be their responsibility they said do what you have to do. I also reached out to Chrysler Corporate “Jeep Wave” who basically just said to keep working with our dealer and that they were closing our ticket. While working with Racicot their staff always spoke professionally to us but incompetence, lack of communication, and complete disregard to stand behind the product was always evident. Those that are reading this may just assume I am a disgruntled customer, but I am only writing this review to hopefully deter someone else from dealing with an issue like this. My advice would be to not buy a Jeep / Chrysler at the moment due to quality issues but if you must go to a different dealership in the area. Please see a few specific notes below on the individuals we dealt with: Matt was our lead technician – He was a very nice guy but what I took from our conversations was that if they don’t have a computer code there is nothing that they could do. He also was sympathetic to the situation but said his hands were tied and could not do more but alluded to wanting to be able to help more. After a few conversations he directed us to who I believe was a service manager named Ava. Ava – The one time I got to talk to her she was respectful but provided zero benefit to the issue. There were multiple times she stated she would call back and would not. I would call and she would always be busy. Jamie – He was our salesman and was friendly during the purchase and sympathetic at first but once he spoke with the owner Leo about our situation seemed to become much less helpful. Leo – the owner was supposed to call us a couple of times but never did. Leo’s son – we were told that he felt bad and would not want his family driving this Jeep but if we did not want to purchase a new vehicle from them there was nothing they could do. At one point there was discussion around them finding someone to take the lease over for us but then they said they would be nervous to have someone else take on the Jeep due to the issue. However, the glaring point is they are not very concerned about my family driving and riding in this Jeep. This is just speculation but it felt as though the staff wanted to do the right thing but there is a bad culture from the Owners where money is more important that standing behind your product and a repeat customer that they are now losing. We are extremely unsatisfied with this experience and would tell anyone we talk to, to avoid the Racicot dealership at all costs. In their commercials they always say who’d you expect, now we unfortunately know too well…

My car purchase was efficient, as promised, and I'm very happy with the results. Scott and Ben went out of their way to make the deal. Certainly helped that Ben sold me my Chevy HHR which I adore but time to replace at over 300K. What I appreciated was the straight talk, and the sincerity of engagement. Not easy in this day and age because the pace if fast. But since this is the 2nd largest purchase for most anyone, I appreciated they took their time to ensure I was comfortable.

BUYER BEWARE! We specified our towing needs and were told the CHEROKEE would do the job. When we illustrated the vehicle was grossly underpowered we were told to 'take it up with JEEP! After 8 months and a mere 10,000kms their solution was for us to trade up at $8,000 more! At no time was their any attempt to compensate us for their selling us THE WRONG VEHICLE! The final insult was a quote for a full brake job @ $2,000! I HAVE NEVER been 'hosed`by STEALERSHIP like Jim Thompson Chryster Jeep. BUYERS BEWARE!

Metro has finally packed their tent up and flocked off in the middle of the night. I bought my 2012 Ram 1500 regular cab short box there. 5000 k I had to take it back because the front right rim was seized on the hub...no rust just seized. The first winter I had water in behind the seat. The brake light on the cab was leaking through the seal. Metro wouldn't pay for it and said I'd have to buy a complete light assembly. At 20k my rear rotors were fried cause of hard spots on the rotors...no warranty. At 23k the front rotors had 1/8th of an inch thick rust on them...no warranty. In the third winter I had no heat...none...in -30c for 3 days...froze my butt off. Problem with the soft wear and Metro installed a bypass on the computer. As a result I barely had heat and no vent worked at ankle level. I got all my oil changes done at Metro as per the warranty. In Dec of 2016 the engine light came on the 2nd week. Metro worked on it for 3 hours...ended up putting a new service engine sensor in the engine. A month and a half later a severe engine knock started and loss of power. Metro found metal filings in the motor. Said I'd have to pay the teardown if I were to get some kind of warranty since I was a few weeks over the 5 years...I only had 40k on the truck...never pulled or carried any load. I asked the service guy why I lost power...He told me there is a knock sensor in the motor that will cause the computer to retard the timing when a catastrophic engine failure is detected causing a loss of power. At that point I had enough of these clowns...told them to give me my frikin bill, give me my frikin truck and I'm frikin outta here....It's funny and highly suspicious that the check engine sensor they replaced 2 months earlier didn't come on when the computer was alerted to the engine failure. I'm left with the idea that the sensor was disabled to get me past the warranty of 5 years. Metro wouldn't pay for the teardown or weeks worth of car rentals and when I called Chrysler Canada the girl told me they wouldn't honor the warranty. I'm so glad Metro is done and I hope those bums enjoy kicking their lunch boxes down the road...And...NEVER buy another Dodge product EVER again.

I received a call this morning from the parts department at SW Chrysler Dodge Inc telling me that the running boards I ordered for my Ram 1500 two weeks ago have arrived. I called the service department and got a same day appointment to install them. I arrived on time and was kindly welcomed by Maria. I was waiting in the show room lounge when Maria came in and told me that they may have delivered the wrong parts. Maria assured me that she will take care of this and will follow up with the parts department to fix the issue. And she indeed did. She advocated on my behalf and saved me money as I was quoted an amount that was less than what I would pay today. Maria ensured that the work was done in a timely manner and that it was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maria as a service advisor and will definitely come back for my regular service for my truck.

Last year I returned my vehicle and they put me in another lease I was under my kms). Two weeks later I get an invoice from the leasing company stating I owe $3000 for overage in my kms. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with my salesperson- they ask the manager. He said that when Ileased the previous vehicle they had it set to go to the States, so odometer was changed over to read mileage and never changed back when I took the vehicle. So l have been under the assumption that the odometer was reading kms- something they kept from me. I was furious. I left a message for the manager and her response to me was if I feel I am getting close to my mileage they can get me into another vehicle. The overage in mileage was not their problem. Now I am on the hook for paying for this mileage that I was never aware of. All I can advise anyone is steer clear of this dealership and their fraudulent ways of doing business

My 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland’s air suspension seemed - froodmine

My 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland’s air suspension seemed to be acting up.. Dash warning said it needed immediate service. I’d read many nightmare stories of dealerships charging thousands for this issue, which can be complicated given all the parts in the system, Bayside checked it thoroughly and deemed it ok, finding only a code indicating the compressor had overheated in the past. The honest mechanic cleared the code, and—get this—charged me only a half hour labour. Total cost $73.45. Everyone at this service department is wonderful—friendly, down to earth, and above all trustworthy. Absolutely recommended!
