Would give 0 stars if I could. Dealt with Todd and the owner and both awful people. We traded a truck in for a new one. It had a delete on it which other dealers had no issues with. However 4 days aft owner and both awful people. We traded a truck in for a new one. It had a delete on it which other dealers had no issues with. However 4 days after the sale they call us threatening us to report us for the delete (which doesn’t make sense. The trucks not ours now) they called non stop for days and after talking to our lawyer we figured the easiest thing would be to just buy our truck back. A new dealer bought our truck with zero issues. Owners already called us 6 times today to yell and swear at us even though they came out on top since we bought the truck back in cash. Todd never even test drove the truck they bought off us. When asked if we should go over anything with him he said “I’m a professional, I know what I’m looking for” More

FCA North America refuses to help me with my Jeep. It has been broken since day one with the same issue and it still can’t be resolved. They do not care that I have to drive a newborn around when there are w been broken since day one with the same issue and it still can’t be resolved. They do not care that I have to drive a newborn around when there are warning lights on. I can’t be at the dealership weekly especially during a pandemic. The issues continue to grow and yet still no help. All I get told is to keep going to the shop. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hunt Chrysler Fiat suggested I pay 8k to get out of my lease on a broken truck. That seems backwards. More
