On the first of June I took my 2008 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo to Georgetown Chrysler. I told the service advisor that a mechanic in Hagersville checked my air conditioning and by using a dye within te Laredo to Georgetown Chrysler. I told the service advisor that a mechanic in Hagersville checked my air conditioning and by using a dye within ten minutes was able to determine that there was a leak at the high pressure line. The advisor said I still needed to pay for testing with dye and charging system. I accepted the $750 cost and after a couple of hours the service rep said "Air conditioning is working and no leak found" so I paid. I went to drive it off the lot and no air conditioning. I went back to the service rep and he got technician to check again. After about an hour he showed me two leaks and said the condenser is leaking (high pressure pipe is integral to it) and the drier reciever needs replacing. They missed the leak completely and it was a significant one too so I went home having been ripped off by $750. Their diagnosis of "no leak" even though it was so bad within minutes the system was empty cost me $750!!! So because they quoted $412.96 for an aftermarket condeser and $234.96 for reciever dryer plus tax which I got both for a total of $ 250.65 taxes included from A&A auto in Hamilton. They then quoted me $945.00 plus tax just to install , the book Hours for this job is 3.5 Hrs! This dealership is under new management, the honest dealership I knew is gone. Today I spent most of my morning making calls to speak to Josue Arias who has not taken my calls even after leaving multiple messages on his machine. New doesn't always mean better as this NEW management has proven.it! Very disappointed More
As a fellow dealer, I have to say Georgetown Chrysler is of one the most scammer places to deal with . They bounced a cheque on me for a purchase . The owner Anthony Garafoli is a crook and scammer . I have the regulator Omvic investigating the case . If you are a customer, steer away . They wont pay your lien off on a trade and will likely scam you on your new car car paperwork . They are inept and lack ethics and integrity in business . Find another Chrysler store . Many around . This store likely the next one bankrupt . The General Manager Mark Hughes also is nothing but a puppet for the owner . He is not capable of doing anything. Find another place to shop for Chrysler in an adjacent city if you’re looking ! More
AVOID! This dealership is a total nightmare! I’d give it a zero star if I could. Their communication is terrible. It took them days to get back to me, and This dealership is a total nightmare! To make matters worse, they sold the vehicle while I was waiting for them to respond. Do your own research; others have had similar bad experiences. More

RUDE and terrible service from the manager to salespersons! All employees except the receptionist at the front of the dealership. I have owned Dodge, Jeep, and Ram everything for 40 years.
