But on my return today to get my car serviced I was so exited to see that the service level was even a notch better. My service manager Michelle Singh showed great patience and professionalism around our questions about the service and answered each one of them to the best of our expectations. There seems to be a major internal communication issue within the dealership. I contacted the dealership attempting to purchase a vehicle listed on their web interface. As I would be travelling 5 hours to test drive and finalize the deal the first question I asked was "is this vehicle available ?". I was assured it was. Working with sales consultant Desmond Liu we discussed pricing and the fact that this would be a simple cash purchase. I then agreed to travel to the dealership working within the sales consultants' schedule in 2 days time. The day following our discussion I reached out to the sales consultant to reschedule our meeting to an earlier time after changing around my schedule and making hotel reservations. I received a call from Desmond stating "Oh bad news the car is sold" he then went on to state that in fact it had been conditionally sold for several days, but he did not know about it. Is seems that whatever internal process is used to tag a vehicle as sold is not effective and the sales team are attempting to sell vehicles that are not available. In either case this represented a significant waste of my time and effort. It appears that a there needs to be a review of the sales and inventory system with clear communication to sales staff as to what the inventory actually is especially when a potential client is traveling a significant distance to purchase a vehicle.

I booked my tx350 first oil change service over phone at 1pm September 30,2024. Was advised that it could take Upto 2 hrs. I also confirmed the shuttle as my house is 3 km away. Today when I meet Jose Vasquez’ who is assistant service manager told me if I wait it will be 2 hrs and if I take shuttle it will take 4 hrs. I had an appointment at 430pm in mississauga and I planned accordingly. I didn’t bring my laptop so I could work there. So had to cancel and get out. Wasted 2 hrs unplanned. My car is overdue and now will have to wait for another appointment. Not coming back to this dealership for sure. Mr Jose have attitude a lot. He should learn customer service. I asked him about stain on my windshield not going after the car wash. He replied to stop me parking under tree. I told him I never park under tree. He asked me from where those coming from then. He tried to prove I was lying. Shuttle is a requirement and we bye Lexus pay hefty amount of money for so called Lexus service. Now getting a service which is worst then any road side dealer. I bought my first car Nx300 fro here in 2021 and found the price is not competitive. This time I bought it fro another dealership with much lower then the final price of this dealership. So I advice you to take care and do your research before you take any service from here.

I recently had my 3 yr old IS Fsport 350 ceramic coated. I was reluctant to go thru the Kingston dealership, as when I bought the car they were very deceitful with me. A terrible experience. However, after speaking with Josh, attitudes at the dealership seemed to have changed. He was eager to keep me happy, explained everything fully, and seemingly truthfully. He also gave me a very fair price. I had vowed never to go back there, but I can now recommend their service.

My girlfriend, and partner at work, had a stroke in Jan 2020. For 16 months she has worked tirelessly through pain and rehabilitation to get back to as close to normal as possible. I’m so proud of her progress. She had a 43rd birthday in June and I wanted to find a good used Toyota Rav 4, one she’s always wanted. Well I found one at Lexus of Lakeridge. We bought it sight unseen, except for photos, but we felt confident that our salesman Kevin G. would be 100%. We had the vehicle shipped from Ontario to Quebec via Livingston Transport who matched a competitors price. They were exceptional. It arrived June 17th and not a scratch on it. Needless to say Michelle is “beside herself” with joy but no one is more deserving. I can say from seeing her hooked on machines in the ICU to seeing her expression when I drove it up her driveway, that she gave me a happiness and a pleasure I have never felt.
