There seems to be a major internal communication issue within the dealership. I contacted the dealership attempting to purchase a vehicle listed on their web interface. As I would be travelling 5 hours to test drive and finalize the deal the first question I asked was "is this vehicle available ?". I was assured it was. Working with sales consultant Desmond Liu we discussed pricing and the fact that this would be a simple cash purchase. I then agreed to travel to the dealership working within the sales consultants' schedule in 2 days time. The day following our discussion I reached out to the sales consultant to reschedule our meeting to an earlier time after changing around my schedule and making hotel reservations. I received a call from Desmond stating "Oh bad news the car is sold" he then went on to state that in fact it had been conditionally sold for several days, but he did not know about it. Is seems that whatever internal process is used to tag a vehicle as sold is not effective and the sales team are attempting to sell vehicles that are not available. In either case this represented a significant waste of my time and effort. It appears that a there needs to be a review of the sales and inventory system with clear communication to sales staff as to what the inventory actually is especially when a potential client is traveling a significant distance to purchase a vehicle.

I recently purchased a Lexus 350NXH from Northwest Lexus, located at 2280 Queen Street East. During the negotiation process, I was informed that they do not use Uber services. They confidently assured me that I would receive a loaner Lexus at no cost while my car was being serviced, along with valet service for drop-off and pick-up if I chose that option. To my disappointment, this turned out to be false. When I scheduled my Lexus for service and requested a ride home, I expected a shuttle driver, but they instead called an Uber, which I refused due to its unclean condition and unpleasant odor. I was then informed that I would have to wait 1.5 hours for my car to be serviced. The promises made by the salesman were not fulfilled. I highly recommend that prospective buyers exercise caution based on my experience. If you are planning to purchase a new Lexus, wait at least one year to complete your survey. I wish I had taken that advice, as my feedback would have been significantly different.

Can not believe that I took the lease over financing. But after seeing the numbers showed to me by their Lease Advisor Everold Reid, I just had to take it. Bottom line is, leasing gets you lower interest rate than financing and that saves you huge money over the entire term. When I now compare money that I spent on financing my past vehicles (around 10 of them) I spent a fortune because I was dumb enough to take long term like 6-8 years. Cant be worse. Just talk to this guy and see for yourself. There are different leasing options. You will be happy you did. Thank you Everold!

They charge unreasonably for services which have never been done. This is the second time when I go to pick up my car for an oil change and they fraudulently charge me for rotation of tires (I changed all 4 tires one month ago and did drive less than 1K before today when they told me they have done rotation…for what for new tires?), service of breaks (which were completely intact when I changed my tires one month ago) etc, cleaning HVAC (for a car which has been driven only 40K) etc. They asked me to pay $1200 for a routine oil change and these fake services. This is my last deal with Lexus of Richmond hill. I also made a formal complaint to Lexus Canada.

I give Belair Toyota a rating of 0 but it is not possible on the scale provided. Feb 24, 2025 I had the first oil change on my brand new corolla cross done at Belair Toyota. The technician did not put the drain plug on the oil pan correctly. Almost all the oil leaked all over my garage floor. I discovered the problem March 10 and I had to have my car towed to Belair March 11. Initially I spoke with Josianne Parent the General Manager she reassured me my car would be ok and was helpful. I was terrifed the motor of my new car would be damaged. She also told me I wasn't the only one who had this happen and someone was let go because of this issue. I was off on holidays when the problem occurred. I had booked appointments for March 11 which I had to cancel because I had to have my car towed and had no idea how long it would take to get my car back on the road. They redid the oil change and said someone would come and clean my garage floor. They tried twice to clean my garage floor (March 12, and March 28) it didn't work. March 28th I was told by James Hodgson the service manager they would come back and clean my garage floor with a torch if the 2nd cleaning didn't work. . I was initially offered car detailing as compensation. I live out of town and I would have to leave the car there all day so I declined the detailing. I asked for the next service 1 and a free oil change instead and to have my floor cleaned. However after the 2nd failed attempt at cleaning the floor and the continued time I was loosing because of the dealerships negligence and my lack of confidence in them, I decided I no longet wanted a free oil change. I asked for a refund for the oil change, ASAP, the service 1, and for my garage floor to be cleaned with the torch. After emailing several times April 21st I was offered the credit for my oil change, the service one and my floor cleaned. Fanastic a resolution. I confirmed this would be acceptable on April 21st. It is now May 11th I still have not received my refund nor have they cleaned my garage floor. I reached out again to James Hodgson and Josianne Parent April 25th and May 5th. Both emails were ignored. In the beginning I gave Belair Toyota the benefit of the doubt to fix their mess. Mistakes are made everywhere. However now I am appalled at my treatment. I guess they thought I would just give up. I will not give up, and as a result of them ignoring me I decided to write this review. I have lost complete faith in this dealership and I would not recommend their services to anyone. The time and stress this dealership has caused me, seems to mean nothing to them. Their compensatiion offered was nothing from a giant company. I thought Toyota was a reputable company I certainly think differently now. When I purchased this car last June 2 other family memebers also purchased new vehicles from Bank Street Toyota who were amazing. Myfamily and friends are disgusted at how I have been treated. None of us nor our friends will ever go to Belair Toyota.

I had my 2021 lexus is 300 f sport towed to lakeridge of Lexus after I hit rock on the 401. I was told I needed a new muffler pipe and a new oil pan for the transmission for a total cost of just over 6000 dollars. I Paid the bill to have the repairs Lexus of lakeridge said needed done. Back in April when I put my summer tires on I noticed transmission fluid on the ground so I brought my vehicle back to Lexus of lakeridge. At this time they told me that the transmission is Cracked and that the technician had missed it back in January. Here is where the fun starts with Lexus of lakeridge. I ordered a new transmission in April and to this day noone can tell me when it will arrive. My last call this morning I was told mid August however I was told mid July back in June. The service manager states to me that it is ordered and I don't know what else I can say other than sorry. I have called Lexus of Canada where I was told it's a parts department issue and they could not help me. I have loved driving my Lexus over the last 4 years. This being said I fear my car will not be fixed and will not buy another Lexus product. I also cannot recommend you buying a vehicle from Lexus of lakeridge.

I recently had my 3 yr old IS Fsport 350 ceramic coated. I was reluctant to go thru the Kingston dealership, as when I bought the car they were very deceitful with me. A terrible experience. However, after speaking with Josh, attitudes at the dealership seemed to have changed. He was eager to keep me happy, explained everything fully, and seemingly truthfully. He also gave me a very fair price. I had vowed never to go back there, but I can now recommend their service.
