Unprofessional Staff I went there to buy a used car with my wife. The staff was very unprofessional and not willing to cooperate at all. And the executive made me feel like I am cheap and can't afford a car. He was not willing to give me a test drive for a 20k car which I wanted to buy. Finally I asked for another executive and the same story, I was made feel like I am unwanted in their dealership. The executive kept on repeating the car price in his cubicle before showing the car. He finally obligated to give a test drive buy I had made up my mind to not deal with this dealership. I picked up a similar car from another dealership the same day. I would recommend to go to this place if you want to be treated with one of the following: 1) Humiliation 2) Insult 3) Unwanted More

Searching for the best demo Our interest was in a Camry, Venza, or Avalon demo. The one Avalon demo was lovely, but turned out not to be the car we wanted. Surprisingly few Camry demos and none available to show us. Yorkdale Toyota did have a couple of demo Venzas available. The first one we drove we liked but then learned its mileage was too low to be sold as a demo even though it had a demo license plate and sticker. That was somewhat off-putting. We were offered another, and given its principal driver and few months on the road, selected that. Services around finalizing sale, financing, and preparing the car for pick-up were excellent. More

DISHONEST,CRAFTY AND MISLEADING i leased a car from them unfortunately after haing commited to the lease i discovered add ons that were frankly items that i neither wanted nor agreed i leased a car from them unfortunately after haing commited to the lease i discovered add ons that were frankly items that i neither wanted nor agreed to buy.these included long term warranties,and security agreements. when I questioned the salesan he insisted that these were mandatory items only after the manager came out and after a lot of questions they conceded I did not have to get the items. later during the ownership of the car they insisted that during recall work that i was required to get additional work that i would have to pay for. Very low class. I would use another toyota dealer if I were you. More

Very upset and disgusted When I called up for an appointment to inspect my 2013 Camry rust problem, customer refused to pass on the line to the appropriate department. Instead she persuaded me to do brake service and something else I can't remember. I gave in after a while as I wanted to talk about my car rust problem. I was given a Saturday morning appointment as requested. Come Saturday, I lined up to see the service advisor who asked me to wait for his operations manager as he could not deal.with body work. When the ops manager eventually turned up, he said that I have to come back on a weekday as the person in charge doesn't work on Saturday. Why in the world was I given a Saturday appointment for my purpose? I went back on the following Monday morning and got the right guy, Shant. He inspected my car and took down some details including my email address and phone number, and promised to email me by tomorrow. I called him on the third day when I didn't hear from him and he told me that he had no time to work on my case. My goodness. He can't make a report to Toyota Canada after 3 day? He asked me to call back in another week which I did. Guess what? This round, he said that I have not registered myself with the service advisor whereas I did it on the Saturday before. Plus, I have been there for inspection many months before. Does this guy know where his pay check is coming from? All in all, I lost almost two weeks of my time. I thank him for his poor service and promised to write a review about him. More

We got the car we wanted at the price we could afford in our budget. The service was exemplary. Our sales consultant, Chris Bitove, was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in helping us decide on what was our first new car and getting us through the ownership process. The car was flawless on delivery, and right on time. I cannot recommend Yorkdale Toyota and Chris high enough. More
