I would like to thank the team at YDM and special thanks to Matt, Manpreet and the sales person who made everythiing possible for me Elyass Parweez with the purchase of my new vehicle Mazda 3. I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time and made stops at various dealerships where the sales person's aggressivness drove me away. I was able to make my decision to get my car from YDM because of Elyass Parweez's hlep. He was very knowledgeable, freindly and provided me excellent and efficent service. After introducing the vehicle and taking me for a test drive with it, I had no question to ask him only becuase he had answered all my question before I even ask. I was able to drive away with my new vehicle within days even though my vehile of choice was not in stock. I am impressed with his srvice becuase at no point I felt pressure towards the sale and felt comfortable with him becuase I knew I was in good hands of an honest sales person. His professtional mannerism, friendly serive and genuine smile truly makes him the greatest asset at YDM. I will definately will be refering anyone I know that will be needing a vehice to your dealership. We recently purchased a Mazda3 from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda and took delivery today. The salesperson we dealt with was Vera Pan who was extremely knowledgeable about the car and pleasantly professional Mazda and took delivery today. We also appreciated the fact that we were not given a hard sell to purchase any extended warranty etc. (as with our previous car).
