From the time I walked in the door I felt very at ease and when I met Elyass Parweez, my salesman, service, commitment, quality, and professionalism. He was very supportive and his ability to answer all of my questions with complete authority was truly outstanding. He took his time in showing me the car that I desired. I then had a chance to road test the car. He was very patient in answering all my inquiries which made me very comfortable with the decision I was about to make. I was also introduced to other members of his team. He has stayed in touch with me to see if I had any concerns and when I did he was ready, willing and able to assist me. Elyass is truly an outstanding asset to your dealership and is a vital part in my decision to buy this new car. I am totally pleased and have recommended your dealership to several of my friends and family members. The staff at all levels is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and function as a well-organized and seasoned team. This is the WORST place to buy a car . They will tell you your car had past safety!!!!!! WRONG!!!!! I bought a 08 Mazda 3 there August 1,2013 the car was back there the following Monday for service there wa your car had past safety!!!!!! WRONG!!!!! I bought a 08 Mazda 3 there August 1,2013 the car was back there the following Monday for service there was work that should have been passed in the safety tests which someone even said themselves and was not . The mechanics and managers told me "mistakes happen" how can u say a car is safe for the road when it's not what if someone got hurt they said don't blow things out of proportion. They don't care about there customers all they care about is the money. And the worst thing of all is that after they did the repairs on my car I picked up my daughter from day care she gets in her car seat and hands me a hand full of 1inch glass pieces that were in her car seat apparently none of the mechanics no how they got there funny right they all deny everything saying possible I did it this coming from the people who passed my car as safe yet tell me mistakes happen n things slipped threw safety funny people. Yorkdale dufferin Mazda take your business else where they aren't worth it they will take ur money be great and nice to you but then it's all over and sell you a car that should be safe but might not cause as they say mistakes happen . The service I received from Bobby during my two visits to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda was outstanding! I had visited a few dealers prior to visiting Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, and not one of them determined me to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda was outstanding! I had visited a few dealers prior to visiting Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, and not one of them determined me to purchase a car from their locations. Bobby impressed me very much with his patience, professionalism, and kindness. I had asked a multitude of questions during the decision making process, keeping Bobby well past the store closing time, but he never seamed to mind. He wanted to ensure that I am comfortable with the car purchase decision. Furthermore, he made himself available to answer all my phone and e-mail questions between the time of purchasing the car and that of picking it up. Again, all my questions were answered in the most professional, kind and prompt manner. When picking-up the car, Bobby, with even more patience, provided me with very detailed explanations for almost every button in the car and taught me how to use certain features. By way of comparison, I am certain that Bobby went beyond his job responsibilities in his dealings with me. I would certainly recommend visiting Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda for your next car purchase, ...and don't forget to ask for Bobby!. You will not be disappointed. In addition to the outstanding services provided by Bobby, I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism of the Business Manager Anthony Facecchia (Finance Department), who answered all my questions (although well past the store closing time), during the car purchase decision process, but also after the transaction took place. Hamid is a well versed pleasant sales rep. In addition to his people skills, Mazda cx 5 offers enough to beat competitors. Hamid skillfully turned our 'cash' purchase into 0% 48mo, which appears to be better decision. Hamid's follow-up phone call (three days after) also left nice impression. Things to improve: 1 more attention to tech features that beat competitors(show us anti theft etching device) 2 more time to show those features(take us to hw401 and show blind spot monitor) 3 offer more free/reduced price interior/exterior accessories Finally, my wife likes this car. Our experience with Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda began on a Friday evening with a casual outing to a car dealership to compare prices between new and used vehicles. After a brief walk around lot we met with B Friday evening with a casual outing to a car dealership to compare prices between new and used vehicles. After a brief walk around lot we met with Bobby, who gave us some valuable insight on the Madza 3 sport in which we were at the time not interested in purchasing. Since it was a Friday evening Bobby recommended that we make an appointment to return during the day whenever was suitable for us. So we returned the following Friday during the afternoon. During this time we entered the dealership with set intentions of receiving a quote and basic information of the Mazda 3 sport. Having made this clear to Bobby on entry, there was no rush to purchase a vehicle and the experience was quite pleasant overall. Receiving nothing more than a quote on the final price of the Mazda 3 and a tour of some of the main features the car offered, we left the dealership on a happy note without the pressured feeling of having to rush into a purchase. After a weekend of thought we decided to return to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda on the following Tuesday with intentions of purchasing the Mazda 3 Sport GX with convenience package included (if the price was right). The negotiation was a pleasant experience with the usual back and forth between sales rep and manager before meeting at a happy settlement. Bobby ensured us from the very beginning that he would be able to get us a great deal, and this he did with a couple of add-ons as well. So recognition must be given to Bobby for having inspired us to purchase a Mazda and making our experience in purchasing a second vehicle enjoyable! The only negative part of this experience occurred with the second part of the sale, when it was mentioned that the graduate bonus that we were offered would require the name to appear on the ownership, which would in turn affect the overall cost of the insurance which in the long run would not be in our favor. Therefore, clarification on the requirements of this from the beginning would have been appreciated. As well, it would have been beneficial for the add ons and accessories of the specific model you are purchasing to be viewed either on a model or in a picture before you actually commit to purchasing them. In closing we would like to thank Bobby once again for his time and patience as well as his excellent customer service. As well, we would also like to thank Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda for an overall great experience in the purchasing of a second vehicle. One week after pick up and a proud Mazda 3 owner! More
