Great Service, Best car ever!!! For years I've been a Subaru Impreza fan because of the low cost and All-Wheeled drive. When the CX-3 came out last year, I went to Yorkdale Mazda For years I've been a Subaru Impreza fan because of the low cost and All-Wheeled drive. When the CX-3 came out last year, I went to Yorkdale Mazda to buy a new one. The car is beautiful and fantastic on gas and great in the snow! I'm hooked on your crossover! Yorkdale Mazda was friendly and prompt. My car arrived within a week of ordering. The trade in with my Impreza was smooth and I feel I got a good deal. After questioning our budget to spend on a new vehicle one of the sales guy suggested that we go buy a Range Rover.. after asking several times to test drive 2 vehicle they told us we can have a look at them only. Rude sales guy and his manager is just the same these people don't care about their customers. This place is a joke and a total waste of time. Please do your self a favor and stay away from them. Not Trustworthy Had my car towed to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. Patched the flat-85.00. Tire went flat again. Had to have it towed back (towing covered under warranty}. Stephen Smith quoted me $400 for a tire. I had to fight to get the cost of the patch reimbursed. Found out the tire can be had for between 300 and 350 from 10 other Mazda dealers. Got hosed. I get it-he's on commission. Make sure you get a quote first then call other Mazda dealerships for a price unless you enjoy throwing money away. Their attitude sucks and as a woman I felt very uncomfortable dealing with them. Never again. More

Glad I Didn't Buy a Car Here These guys provided terrible customer service right from the beginning. I called to make an appointment, and the manager commented they were very busy, so he would see if he could fit me in (cool, I could just go somewhere else?). Anyways, I ended up going in, and the second I walked in with my family, everyone just stared at us with a cold demeanor. Awkward. I went in to look at a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport GS used as a demo at the dealership. Took it for a test drive. Everything seemed fine. We sat down to talk numbers, and at this point the salesman mentions that the price advertised online was the cash price, and that they would have to add $1,500 if I wanted to finance (which, of course, was written in smaller print in the middle of the ad). Cool. I obviously wasn't going to change my budget, and I definitely wasn't in the mood to give them my money after they told me that. I ended up walking out of the dealership after making two offers and receiving no counter-offer (apparently, making an offer of 10% less than the list price is too insulting to even receive a counter-offer?). The manager(s) here have no interest in creating a welcoming environment, and clearly care more about profit than their reputation. The next Mazda dealership I went to was 100x more friendly than this place. I ended up getting a BRAND NEW Mazda 3 Sport GS at an all-in price of less than what it would have cost me to buy the USED demo car Yorkdale Mazda was trying to sell me (assuming I bought it at the marked up price). And the second place generally just treated me better. I would have recommended the second dealership even if I didn't end up buying a car from there because they know how to treat a customer. Long story short: these people need a lesson in customer service and how to run a business. More

Will Lou is very accommodating, knowledgeable and he even stayed late that day to cater our needs and facilitate the entire process. The Finance Manager Manpreet is also nice and patient in explaining to us about warranties. I strongly recommend the Yordale Dufferin Mazda to deal business with you. More

Excellent Dealership! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at York Dufferin Mazda. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Elyass Parwee I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at York Dufferin Mazda. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Elyass Parweez, who took the time and effort to accompany me on my test drive and explain to me all of the various functions of the car. We then sat down in his office to finalize the deal, and the whole experience was very smooth. Elyass even went out of his way to explain to me that a block heater might not be necessary for my needs, so I ended up saving some money! Manpreet Moti, the Finance Manager, was also very pleasant to deal with. She took her time to explain to me all of the various warranty and protection services offered by the dealership, and just like Elyass - was never pushy. I always felt comfortable saying no thank you or that I'd like more time to consider my options. Finally, Carlos Pizarro helped me out on the day I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car. He too was very helpful and took great care and effort to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Carlos and Manpreet also helped me make sure that the open recall on my car was fixed before my pickup date. All in all, a wonderful car buying experience. The people make the difference, folks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you give Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda a chance to earn your business. More
