bought a new car i bought a new car from ford yonge and steels. during the purchase had a terrible experience with communication with the sales guy i picked up the c i bought a new car from ford yonge and steels. during the purchase had a terrible experience with communication with the sales guy i picked up the car on march 22nd 2018 and traded in my other car, ford never payed out my old car and i was charged for my old car payments as well even though i dont own the car anymore i had to go through a lot of back on forth with both dealerships, communication is terrible at this dealership. prices are good but not worth the hassle they put you through. im still trying to settle the old car still and its really frustrating to go through this when you don't even own the car anymore More

Absolutely incredible I purchased a new 2018 ford explorer and i regret ever stepping foot into that dealership , It was the worst purchasing experience i have ever had wit I purchased a new 2018 ford explorer and i regret ever stepping foot into that dealership , It was the worst purchasing experience i have ever had with anything I've ever bought. It would almost make my stomach turn to even thing about it all, I haven't even received my second key fab for the car and have been waiting since Jan 25,2018. They are horrible at replying telephone messages and emails so for someone who lives an hour and half away, a quick drop by is not an option. In closing i highly recommend using another dealership, any dealership except for Yonge Steeles Ford. More
