2018 Great Escape I traded my 2012 escape 2 weeks ago and received a great buy out amount for it, even compared to Auto traders. He was even replying to my messages during his off shift hours. I had a few changes on my schedule and he was very understanding and accommodating to us. The Owner is very nice and approachable and also approved those discounts to finalize my transaction. The owners's friendly dog was also on site n very friendly to my daughter. Gets worse and worse!!! I have been a client since they were on Bay Street in Toronto. Recently serviced my latest car and it was disgusting. Nothing fixed except snow tires I have been a client since they were on Bay Street in Toronto. Recently serviced my latest car and it was disgusting. Nothing fixed except snow tires changed which to be honest fee was reasonable. Not only not fixed they insult my intelligence by telling me I don't know how to use the car. Navin was professional, and put me right in touch with the body shop manager, Maribel. Maribel’s team fixed the damage, and also detailed my truck, returning it to me as if it was a brand new vehicle on delivery day.
