Yesterday there was an issue that my sales consultant, Cyrous, resolved it. I really appreciate these two gentlemen. In my experience during this 18 months, always the staffs did their job professionally, and they truly care about customers. I highly recommend this centre for purchasing, leasing and getting service for the Lincoln brand. More

Prices are way high for any type of servicing There was noise and sluggishness to driving, went to the shop first There was price put for diagnosing the Transmission around 150 dollars(when transm There was noise and sluggishness to driving, went to the shop first There was price put for diagnosing the Transmission around 150 dollars(when transmission is said to be fully warranty covered) , the problem was diagnosed as Axle bearing, which according to them will take 4 hours and i was handed a bill of 750 dollars More

My Lincoln MKC needed service and Mark Silverman went out of his way to accommodate our family even though we had no prior appointment. Our Lincoln was ready in an hour with a complimentary wash. Also had a chance to visit the new showroom. It is incredible!! The new service and sales staff are so kind and helpful. Already recommended two friends and will keep sending more. Service Department (DISHONEST and UNACCEPTABLE) Regarding the service department, I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction. The lack of integrity and fraudulent information given to customers r Regarding the service department, I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction. The lack of integrity and fraudulent information given to customers regarding the needs of their vehicles must be addressed. Do they actually perform the diagnostic tests properly? Not with my vehicle! Do they refill fluid levels as promised when doing oil changes? Not with my vehicle! Do they charge reasonable prices for their services? Not for me! Do they lie to customers (hardworking individuals) in order to rack up their service revenue? With me, they did! My experience was totally unacceptable and I have ample proof. Thank goodness for an honest mechanic who repaired my vehicle properly and saved me $3000. Adding your establishment to the Consumer Beware List will hopefully remind managers and employees to familiarize themselves with the Consumer Protection Act.
