I'm always happy to see Ivan at the Service desk who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Ozzie swiftly arranged for me to have a courtesy ride home. I was just pouring a cup of coffee at the courtesy desk when a friendly driver, Costin approached me. My waiting time was one minute! Everything went so smoothly and quickly....... what a great way to start my day!!!! More

New showroom is incredible with the best selection of Ford and Lincoln. My Explorer has 13,000kms and needed and oil change. I understand this is a large volume dealership but the service I received was outstanding. Mark Silverman had me in and out within an hour with no appointment and even gave me a complementary car wash. Thank you so much. More

They won't help beyond what is mandatory in their job description. I purchased a new Electric/Gas Energi Fusion (which I picked up uncharged) and after a few weeks of driving, it left me on the side of the highway. The battery died (while in gas mode). This and a few other problems, I realized I bought a lemon. With no lemon law in Canada, consumers have no leg to stand on. In this instance, I was dangerously parked 1/2 in an active lane as the car didn't give me time to pull over safely. While on the phone with Roadside Assistance, a tow truck driver appeared. Roadside Assistance lead me to believe the tow would be covered. Why wouldn't it for a vehicle that hasn't even had it's first payment, right? Nope. They only cover $75 because the Roadside Assistance didn't tell me that I needed to contact one of their pre-authorized tow companies. When I asked for help on this issue, I got nowhere. The service department kept the car for almost a month them released it back to me without knowing what went wrong. I lost all confidence with the vehicle. I approached the dealership to work out another deal to trade it in for something else. I knew I was going to take a hit on this but I drive a lot and want to feel safe on the road. I was told there is nothing they can do. Now they are just ignoring me. The sales person hasn't contacted me about the problems I've been having and the Operations Manager isn't replying to me. Absolutely no support. On top of these issues, I had words with a senior car attendant who told me I wasn't allowed to charge my car there. I ended up below allowed after the attendant told me, "It's a good thing you're cute". Wow. How about you don't hassle your customers that help keep you employed? Mark Silverman - next time a customer comes into your office, stand up and shake their hand like a proper businessman. I will never buy from this dealership again. More

First call, after warning light came on, a great concern to me, Service Advisor Kasha Griffith met with me as a walk-in customer. Her manner was reassuring and pleasant. She arranged to have car checked asap. Within the hour she called me, repairs completed, all good. Very relieved, and very impressed with her efficient service and positive professional manner. 2nd visit was routine snow tire appointment. Service Advisor Razzaq Chaudhry was pleasant, efficient, called soon after to advise of an important issue that required attention. Again, I was aware of his respectful manner in explaining the issue, Excellent service all around. More
