Repairs Found a less expensive part for an expensive repair. Front service person was accommodating finding transportation home and back while repairs being done. Rick found other problems, in addition to the main one, that we were able to repair the same day. Scratched paint and did poor wash just for oil change appt I an very disappointed with the service i received on thurs feb 9. HORRIBLE PLACE I have owned many cars from Hondas, olds mobiles, to Pontiacs and I have NEVER had any problems with any of those dealerships. I switch over to Mazda. I switch over to Mazda...I never had a problem with the dealership in Ottawa (where I bought my car from) but now that I live in BC...Langley is the closest dealership to me. If you want to be treated like a fool, or a complete imbecile I highly suggest visiting this dealership. SO RUDE. SO IGNORANT. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. This place is an absolute joke. My 1st visit I bring my car to get my tires fixed. They tell me since I bought the car in Ottawa they can't fix my tire EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A WARRANTY. After arguing with them...they finally realized that my car is covered and decided to fix my tire. What a headache. They also did a horrible job fixing my tire...I needed to buy a new one. My 2nd visit they refused to cover my power steering (which is covered under the warranty) because these fools seem to think I had a major accident with my car...there is literally a scuff mark on the front bumper. I asked them to pull up a car proof and they denied to do so. I NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT IN MY LIFE. So they now refused to cover the power steering. Not only are the reps rude at the front desk...their service is HORRIBLE! JUST BRING YOUR MAZDA ELSEWHERE! trust me! These people need proper traning. More
