The other dealerships were pushy and trying to sell me something expensive off there lot and tried to change the car I was in there to buy for something completely different. I decided to visit the Langley dealership and it was the best decision I made. Everyone was so friendly, I told them what I wanted, and they provided me with great fast service. I was test driving a 2016 Mazda 3 about 15 minutes after walking in the building. I was sold. They had a wonder financial team that helped me out, they were honest and blunt and displayed everything to me without question and tried to get me the best deal they could. 3 days later I drove my brand new 2016 Mazda 3 off the lot and I can't express how happy I am with the car, with the service from this dealership. I highly recommended heading in there and asking to see Shane, he wasn't pushy, didn't try to up sell me or push me towards something I didn't want. More

We arrived cold, and Shane took us into his office, took down notes on exactly what she wanted, then sent us on a test drive. After the test drive, he gave us a number, including payments, and encouraged us to shop around. The price was about $1500 below the build and price quote online. We did shop around, and we got the runaround at Midway Mazda, actually got nowhere fast (salesman/manager routine). Went to CarCostCanada and got an invoice price, added a modest profit, deducted advertised incentives and the quoted trade in, and presented that to Shane. Within a few minutes, he had found a way to basically accept our offer, which was below his original quote as well. No pressure, confident sales practices, and we felt we got a fair deal. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking for a vehicle; he's tops. We pick up the car this week, but so far, so good! More

He knows their products and he doesn't pressure you into making a decision. He also gives you a price via email which is hard to get from others. Their trade-in offer was much better than another dealership. They can be negotiated with, they will give you a reasonable discount as they did with me. When Shane said there will be no hidden cost, there won't be. Just like any buyer, I try to haggle, I didn't get everything I ask for but I got a few freebies. Shane is a capable salesman that's probably he's no. 1 in BC (according to the plaques on his desk). Patrick, their manager is also a nice guy. Easy to speak with. Recommends coverage or additional items but doesn't pressure you. I declined most if it actually. I've done my research. I love the product both in appearance and performance so far. I'd recommend test driving Mazda along with the other big two (Honda, Toyota). I strongly believe you will have a better alternative with Mazda. Overall, a great experience. I will recommend these guys to my friends and family. More
Terrible Manager Boycot: WOLFE LANGLEY MAZDA!! I don't often post things like this but I felt compelled to do so in this case… So you ever try to buy a new/used car Boycot: WOLFE LANGLEY MAZDA!! I don't often post things like this but I felt compelled to do so in this case… So you ever try to buy a new/used car and had that salesman and manager xx tag team thing? I was very specific when I worked out the deal with the salesman because I wasn't going all the way out to Langley to have things change. Well I had a deal worked out with a salesman at Wolfe Langley Mazda on a car and then the manager reneged on the deal and had no problem saying that the deal I worked out with the salesman was too good, so he wasn't going to honour it! He reduced the trade in value of my car by around $1500.00. I told him to forget it that I would just go sell my car privately. He had the gaul or pure arrogance to say, "Well great, then you can come buy the car here." I asked him if he had just heard himself and he said, "What? You get your car sold and you can buy this one." My response was, "First off, you have broken the deal I had worked out and came all the way from Vancouver for and you have the gaul to feign, what must be stupidity to say that I should still buy the car from you. I guess you either think I want the car so bad that I would still do business with a person like you or, you are that unscrupulous that this is a common business practice. (He had no response… ) We are done." I then hung up. He continued to call me to encourage me that I was still getting a great deal on this car and I should come out and buy it. Unbelievable! I had to text the salesman and tell him to ask his manager to stop calling me. Well folks avoid Wolfe Langely Mazda and especially a manager by the name of Patrick. Thanks, Alex More

I was passed from salesman to sale man and then took a test drive with a 74 year old gentleman who i thought was a volunteer there. After the boring small talk, we returned to the office. He told me about his coin collection, his car collection, and the creepy and inappropriate photos he took on holiday. After an hour he asked "Well, what can i do for you?" I responded with " i don't know, what do you do here"? I honestly thought I was waiting to speak to the salesman I had originally talked to and emailed with. UGH, well thats how it all started. It was such a drag being there that it would take me too long to write all my complaints and I don't feel like re-living them. They basically ruined my whole weekend. I was in town for only two days and it was not enough time for them to sell me a car. I then emailed Freeway Mazda, had the BEST experience and within a few hours drove a 2015 CX-5 home! More

We discussed the model and he quoted me a price on a number of used cars he said they had in inventory that met my requirements. The next day we drove from the north shore all the way to Langley, only to find the price was $1000 higher and the sales manager would not honour the price quoted to me over the phone. Who needs to deal with a dealership that lures customers with false information? More
Would NOT recommend this business. Our radiator cap "mysteriously" was missing when they did their inspection/oil change. They wanted to charge us $70 to replace it. (Bought one myself from Lordco for "mysteriously" was missing when they did their inspection/oil change. They wanted to charge us $70 to replace it. (Bought one myself from Lordco for $17. Nice mark up, Mazda.) They MUST have been the ones to actually take the cap off/lose it, because you can't drive long distances without a rad cap, and we drive it to and from work every day (hour each way). That means it must have gone missing today. Further, rad caps don't just "pop off" - even the guy I talked to there, when I called to express my dissatisfaction said "Yes, very strange that it wasn't there indeed". Anyway, no one has been under the hood of the truck since its last oil change at the same place.... a little too coincedental to me. More
