The service was good but I just felt that the guy behind the desk seemed a little rude when I was asking about the service. Even when I was looking at the cars in showroom, no one bothered to come by and as the desk seemed a little rude when I was asking about the service. I purchased a new 2019 CX9 from Wolfe in May/20. The entire experience - test drive, price, pickup, inhouse insurance was exceptional. Their team even added a hitch and roofrack on very short notice w/o entire experience - test drive, price, pickup, inhouse insurance was exceptional. Their team even added a hitch and roofrack on very short notice w/o a problem. I came back in Oct for my first oil chg (free) and added winter tires, again at a very competitive price and on 3 days notice! Kudos to a great team!!! More

So that we don't need to ask for deal or discount. Customer can check before visit what I am getting on my next service. Pricing of some items are very expensive compare to competitors. Replacement battery cost 90 dollar more compare to outside. On top of they charged installation fee ($28). Atleast it should cover the installation. More
Had my second service at Wolfe Mazda yesterday and was met graciously by Mike at the front desk. He was very friendly and showed much care and caution with all the Covid safety protocols.
