I purchased a used 2017 Subaru Impreza from Willowdale Subaru. The purchase experience and the car itself were both excellent. I inquired about a specific car and got a return phone call from Ibrahim, the Subaru. The purchase experience and the car itself were both excellent. I inquired about a specific car and got a return phone call from Ibrahim, the sales rep, within 15 minutes. I went to the dealership right away. I decided I liked a different car better. Ibrahim was extremely accommodating throughout the entire sales process. He answered any questions I had about the car as well as comparisons to other makes. The entire process including a test drive was quick and efficient. When I picked up the car I was able to sit with the service rep inside the car and he patiently went through all of the functions available with the car. The car itself is also outstanding. All wheel drive vehicles handle so much more easily. All in all I was extremely pleased with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Ibrahim my sales rep, Willowdale Subaru and Subaru cars. I had outstanding service last week from a sales agent Nathaniel Agronov. He was straight forward and upfront with what he was able to do for me, after an unpleasant experience at Scarborough Subaru.
