Willowdale Subaru

My experience with Willowdale Subaru this time around was terrible! There is no respect for people's time! I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific car that I was told was available, and made a 4 terrible! There is no respect for people's time! I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific car that I was told was available, and made a 45-minute drive to your dealership to see it. After waiting 10 minutes past the time of the appointment, I was informed that the car was no longer available. This was extremely frustrating for me, as I had taken time out of my busy schedule to visit your dealership and was counting on the car being available. Not only did I waste valuable time, but I also incurred additional expenses for the drive. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect better customer service from a dealership. Here is an example of what better customer service looks like: I was to go to look at another car at Richmond Hill Subaru —after visiting Willowdale— and that car was sold as well BUT the big difference was that I was called and told that it was no longer available. It would have been courteous to have received a phone call or an email beforehand to let me know that the car was no longer available, so that I wouldn't have made the drive in vain. For perspective on the timing for those who think "xxxx happens", I called late the day before and the earliest appointment was the next day at 1pm. I hope you will take this matter seriously and make necessary changes to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
