She went above and beyond! Dolly made the difference in my recent experience. I was already considering another model before I went to this dealership, but I changed my mind after working with this helpful lady! She was fantastic to talk to, very thorough and understanding of my needs. She worked extensively to answer any questions I may have had and I was grateful for her attention to detail. Her product knowledge was very strong and she seemed supported by the dealership as well, which is always a plus! I'd work with her again, anytime :) More

My sales rep reall After going to the Subaru dealership at Willowdale, I was impressed with how much detail the sales rep really paid attention to. My sales rep really listened to my needs as a person and tried to match me with the most suitable vehicle for me . I did not feel pressured at all which is really rare because I normally feel pressured by most sales reps at car dealerships . I"ll defiantly go back to purchase my car soon . Your awesome dolly !! Dishonest and deceptive sales tactics ! I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Forester in February. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and and needed 8 weeks to be delivered ! I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Forester in February. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and and needed 8 weeks to be delivered. A few days after I ordered (with more than 7 weeks left before delivery), I noticed a $500 charge labelled "Subaru value package" on my bill of sale. When I asked about it, I was told it was for the floor mats, touch up paint etc. that I wanted. When I protested that these were items that were offered to me as part of the negotiation, the sales guy Bruce Zhou actually replied, "Well, we never said it was free!" What the???? You never told me it was going to be $500!!! To be clear, no one ever mentioned the "subaru value package" to me, told me what it consisted of, or told me what the cost was until I asked! The manager, Afshin Soufivand, was no more help, insisting that I signed for the charge on the bill of sale, and he wasn't going to take it off. It's $500!!! In the grand scheme of life, it makes no difference to me... and certainly shouldn't make a difference to a car dealership. But their refusal to remove the package (and their insistance that pay for something I didn't expect or want) speaks to the lows to which they will stoop to cheat you out of a buck. Do not trust these people! They would rather make a quick buck and have you leave an unhappy customer. More
Lease end inspection experience - Horrified Here is what happened to my lease end inspection. My car(with Excess Wear and Tear option = Wear Pass) lease ends in April so I booked a insp Here is what happened to my lease end inspection. My car(with Excess Wear and Tear option = Wear Pass) lease ends in April so I booked a inspection with them 3 weeks prior return date. I got there on time and their business manager(one of the upper management on their website) showed up. We walked to the car and he did his inspection job then informed me not much problem with my car. We returned to his desk and from that point a frustrating nightmare has begin. He pulled out TCCI's Excess Wear and Tear Guideline and start telling me items on the list supposed to be covered by Wear Pass are not covered for our car because its a 2013 model...(Worn Tires) When I ask him about amendment documentation to support his statement, he could not provide anything but only kept telling us that's a "FACT". Soon, I figured it's pointless to argue with him about the "Fact", I then ask him about whether the charges for damages listed TCCI's Wear Pass Guide are meant to be covered by the $4,000 limit. He hesitated to answer and tried to mislead us that those charges should be paid by us until we showed him a confirmation email from Toyota Financial Service. He ended up admits those listed charges should be charged toward the coverage. From the point his lies exposed till the end of the conversation( about 1hr), he did his best trying to upset us and expect us to give him an excuse to call security. However, during this whole process, what really did upsets me is his harassment to my wife's health condition. Due to recent extensive workload of my wife's working project, she's been working very late everyday while having monthly this week. While we talk with the business manager, my wife start having nose blood. She grabbed some tissue paper trying to stop it at the manager's desk but instead of helping, the guy started to yelling at us that we have to leave NOW because my wife's NOSE BLOOD WILL INFECT HIM ! He kept harassing my wife until my wife confirmed her blood is stopped. We ended the conversation with him completely ignoring us and staring at his computer screen. Next time and last we would see him is going to be the lease return date at end of this month. Now all I hope for this whole lease end drama provided by Subaru Willowdale can end once for all from the day I return the car to them. For folks reading my story, it's up to you to choose if you should or not avoid SUBARU WILLOWDALE. More

Tibor Tarnai was the sales representative during our first purchase and he was polite, patient, straightforward and gave us a decent price. He also accommodated our request for a Forester with manual transmission. We always went back to service our Forester at the dealership even though there are more reasonable alternatives in the City. The service department wasn't stellar but the employees (Michelle and Orson) were never rude. Taher Razaee contacted us as we had purchased a CarCostCanada report. It was clear from the report that whatever price the dealership would quote to us would be $2,000 less the 3% -5% that the dealer could legitimately keep from the dealer's invoice price. We test drove a few cars and decided on the Outback. The offer he presented to us was identical to the one on Subaru Canada's website, listing the full MSRP and financing rate. Upon questioning him he came back with a 1% reduction to the financing agreement, which is automatic for Subaru customers and $500 reduction in the overall price. When we refused the offer he became agitated. In fact, he was outright rude and hostile. Not only were we shocked by this behaviour but felt foolish for having patronized this dealership for over 6 years. We left the showroom in disgust without buying a car from them and do not recommend this dealership. More

Dishonest practices - avoid as much as you can Where do I start? I contacted them over email asking for a specific price for a 2016 Forester and was told "No problem" by Nadim. When I show up the Where do I start? I contacted them over email asking for a specific price for a 2016 Forester and was told "No problem" by Nadim. When I show up they don't have a 2016 but only a "gently", manager-used 2015, which he was quoting over $2,000 of what we had already talked about for a 2016! My trade-in was being appraised $1,000 less than what I had already heard from other dealers. However, this was all part of their one-day deal, special just for me. Ha ha ha what a joke. These guys are terrible. The invoice was presented to me for a literal one second and I was asked to sign, and I quote, "Without worrying for the details. We took care of everything." After I demanded to take a closer look at the invoice, I noticed they were charging freight, pdi etc. on a used car that I didn't even want. Just walked out of there. More
