I leased a BRZ from them - signed the contract and waited 2 months for the car to be delivered. (sales person 1 - I dealt with 3 different sales people, no consistency) - I had to call them to confirm my pick up date, they didn't call to tell me, if I hadn't who knows when I would have gotten my car - When I went to pick up the car there were scratches all over the bumper - clearly it had been backed into something, as well as on the hood of the car and on the underbody of the front bumper, and the rims were slightly chipped - they refused to fix it / repaint it until I told them that I made a big enough fuss about it - this delayed me picking up my car by a week. The car also had 99km on it - so it was clearly driven around quite a bit - When I went back to pick up the car they "claimed" that they had lost my original lease agreement and presented me with a new one which was +$600 compared to my original lease, so I told them to just take the copy I had and use that, but they refused. They ended up taking my copy to the back to show the manager and came back and said they had thrown it in the garbage and to just take the new one - pretty sure you cannot lose / throw out a legally binding document. 100% worst experience ever, would never, ever return to this dealership - if I even encounter the sales people at a different dealership I would walk away. He does not care for his customer's he only cares about making money he has no moral values. If he can he will squeeze every single dollar out of you. I swear they train their staff to rip people off and try to pull fast one's on their customers. Not disclosing add ons that you never requested. More
Funny logic from salespeople I came to this dealership looking to purchase a 17' Forester XT and was instantly greeted by a salesperson that could talk to me about the vehicle. La I came to this dealership looking to purchase a 17' Forester XT and was instantly greeted by a salesperson that could talk to me about the vehicle. Later to find that the sales had no motivation to actually sell a 2.0XT because of no stock. At no point did he mention that they had no stock and kept pushing the 2.5i upon my decisions (They had stock on lot at the time). Later we were handed over to a quite freindly salesperson that was very aggresive with sales and pushing the sale. The discussion went to the point of trying to push me to buy a 2.0XT without test driving the vehicle. Quite the logical thing to do right? Make a customer put an order without seeing or trying the product. More

Terrible salesman: Bruce Zhou If this car dealership wants to make any money , they should think twice before hiring bafoons such as Bruce Zhou. Not only did he not attempt to help If this car dealership wants to make any money , they should think twice before hiring bafoons such as Bruce Zhou. Not only did he not attempt to help me find the kind of car I was looking for, he made irrelevant arguments to get me to buy a more expensive car. Maybe if he wants to make a sale, he should focus on helping the customer and not his obnoxious yellow bracelet which resembles the xxxx-off that he is. More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I was in the dealership for a new Subaru Crosstrek... BOY did I made the BIGGEST MISTAKE stepping into this dealership... ALL OF THE SALES GUYS ign I was in the dealership for a new Subaru Crosstrek... BOY did I made the BIGGEST MISTAKE stepping into this dealership... ALL OF THE SALES GUYS ignored me, not even one of them would say hello... The Receptionist is just as NASTY, and continuously engages in conversation with Sales people instead of helping me... After sitting down with a sales guy, negotiating price is another issue... THEY MADE ME WAIT for AN HOUR tricking me into thinking I would get a better price, after going back and forth, the price was going no where, and remained unchanged to the MSRP.... Half a day wasted!!!! Its dealers like this give Subaru a bad image... Sales dept need to CARE about customers... NOT IGNORE customers... Turn around an go elsewhere... More
Incompetent Nasty receptionist. Also, they ordered the wrong part for my car and didn't seem concerned that I had to make another trip back to the dealership. Nasty receptionist. Terrible service, only care about money I bought a Legacy in this June. On day 3, I got a flat fire. The car was towed to them. They charged me $300 for a new tire which is ok for me. A wee I bought a Legacy in this June. On day 3, I got a flat fire. The car was towed to them. They charged me $300 for a new tire which is ok for me. A week later, I found my car shaking at a speed of 120 km/h. They found the rear axle was bent. They charged me $936 for the axle, although I argued this should be covered by warrenty. But my car still was shaking. Then they changed the axle again, and then the third time. Then they said the rim was bent and asked another $400 to change it. This time, I was on the spot to check with them and did not find any problem with the rim. Instead, we found the new tire was mis-shaped. After changing the tire again, the problem went away. More
