A very happy new Rogue owner I highly recommend Willowdale Nissan and specifically the team I worked with. I was looking for a small SUV and had been to many dealerships before m I highly recommend Willowdale Nissan and specifically the team I worked with. I was looking for a small SUV and had been to many dealerships before making my final decision. I had a specific price in mind and certain features I wanted. The Rogue was the perfect fit and the team I had at Willowdale Nissan made the entire car purchase the best one I have had. The salesperson I worked with was John Zarkos. He was friendly and always eager to answer any questions. The finance manager that handled my purchase was Serf Fernandez. He made the paperwork and financing process smooth and easy, and was always happy to help even with questions I had after I picked up the car. I have limited knowledge of cars, so Serf was very patient and really went out of his way to make this car purchase as smooth as possible. I have a very busy work schedule, so John and Serf worked around my schedule to accommodate everything and made the car purchase a highly enjoyable experience. Thank you to an awesome team! More

Substandard This substandard dealership has poor customer service and shady employees that masterfully deceive customers into purchasing "added" features without This substandard dealership has poor customer service and shady employees that masterfully deceive customers into purchasing "added" features without ever discussing the "fine print" nor the redundancy of them. Lastly, my brand new car got a rust spot (I was sold on the 10 warranty rust proofing), 6 months after purchasing it and the dealership insists this rust spot must have occurred by a rock clipping it on the highway. This assumption means that they will not fix the rust spot on my brand new car. Not only will warn others of ever visiting this dealership, this unfortunate experience turn me off from ever purchasing another Nissan. More

I went in with a specific car and price in mind and Johnson was able to put me in the exact car I wanted at exactly the right price within 30 minutes. He was courteous, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I would, and have, highly recommended him to others if they're considering leasing or buying a new Nissan. Rada Vazic, in the financing department, had the paperwork done in 10 minutes, approved and ready for signatures, without any of the usual back and forth and "used car salesman" tactics I've seen from other dealerships. She looked after everything and made sure the transition from my old lease to my new one went smoothly and without a hitch. It was a real pleasure working with these two great professionals and I'm extremely pleased with Willowdale Nissan and Nissan Canada. Thanks for the great experience! More
needs a major customer service improvement. I came to Willdowdale in search for a new car and wanted to explore my options when looking for a car and boy, these people haven't got a clue when it I came to Willdowdale in search for a new car and wanted to explore my options when looking for a car and boy, these people haven't got a clue when it comes to trying to entice people into buying a car; when doing so it'd be best if you DON'T get your managers and employees to leave angry voicemails calling people immature because I can assure you that, THAT was a major part of why I didn't proceed in doing business with this dealership. Want a great Nissan experience? Do yourself a favour and drive that extra 25 mins to the Newmarket Nissan they're much more friendly and helpful, never did I once get rude voicemails from them. However, Sylvia was very nice and the only reason why Willowdale is getting 1 star from me. More

When I complained, the owner-president, Mark Falkenberg, said he would compensate me with a set of tires but gave me the wrong size. Further complaints never yielded a reply. Obviously, he doesn't care about his customers and he sets the tone for his company. More
