Just talk no Action I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several times. They just say" The problem exists in all Muranos and Maximas" and we can not I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several times. They just say" The problem exists in all Muranos and Maximas" and we can not do anything. You should refer to Nissan Canada for resolution. The Nissan Canada also refers me to Willowdale Dealership/ Service. This is a loop. I still have the problem and pay for the service I have never received. More

DO NOT TALK TO ALEX AN if you're looking to buy a car and they want to bring in the MANAGER just run for it if you like ur dignity to remain intact! ALEX AN is the supposed if you're looking to buy a car and they want to bring in the MANAGER just run for it if you like ur dignity to remain intact! ALEX AN is the supposed sales manager however this guy should be managing a military troop rather than a far deqlership! He didn't offer a seat to us when he came to see us he was very rude right off, wouldn't let us get a word out and when I called him on a it and asked him if he's even interested in hearing me out he said I'm gonna give u the price there is nothing to talk about! He was very frustrating and should not be in sales at all!!! He made a very enjoyable car shopping experience for us an absolute xxxx!!! I just wanted to beg the sales person to apply for another job at another dealership and save himself!! The only reason I'm even giving this 2 stars is b\c Serge was an awesome salesperson took the time to listen and understand our needs and his services are much appreciated! More

No apologies for one key short I escalated my complain by calling customer service and customer care. What a waste of time. They claim that they are the biggest Nissan dealership overall, yet It took them over a week to locate a car, over a week to deliver the car from nearby ( so they tell me ), over a week to get the car ready, yet when they delivered the car it was delivered DIRTY, NO EXTENDED WARRANTY BOOKLET and ONE KEY SHORT. After many phone calls and more than 5 trips to the dealership I finally asked the sales manger for the missing key. His reply I cannot repeat here nor will you find the words he used written in the Bible. I am ONE KEY SHORT. More
Irresponsible Managers, messy administrative employee I had got a Nissan Sentra from this dealer ship. At first they had 20 day's delay for gave me this. Car had mechanical problem when I got it and had not any inspection and safety by them. they didn't give me my contract documents and After one month when I asked about my contract documents for several times they said to me that they missed them and applied to got another copy from Nissan Canada. after two months lease a car I don't have any lease protection and lease contract document and anyone don't have any responsible for it. I didn't see any dealership like that in my life. they are too irresponsible and messy. More
