complaint bout a customer servicer Cliff Yung Ching Lee served me and my friend today. He always spied us about our money and made a conclusion that we can not afford any car. He had a bad manner because he knew that BMW is not us. We dressed generally so he feel that we can not afford anything. We are not sure if we buy a Nissan and he thought we must not buy. Some kinds of cars are good for us. Finally he was impatient and talk about my t shirt. There is a picture of Assassins computer game on it . He said that means I like kill people. We do not have car and wear normally means we are poor. A shirt means that I like killing. What a ridiculous logic! Other staff are good. Cars are nice. More

Just talk no Action I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several times. They just say" The problem exists in all Muranos and Maximas" and we can not I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several times. He didn't offer a seat to us when he came to see us he was very rude right off, wouldn't let us get a word out and when I called him on a it and asked him if he's even interested in hearing me out he said I'm gonna give u the price there is nothing to talk about! He was very frustrating and should not be in sales at all!!! He made a very enjoyable car shopping experience for us an absolute xxxx!!!
