Horrible experience 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 700km was towed to Willowdale Nissan due to faulty Electric issue ..car was picked up next day with a scratched front bump 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 700km was towed to Willowdale Nissan due to faulty Electric issue ..car was picked up next day with a scratched front bumper and car was very dirty . When I asked the service guys why the car was not washed they responded we don't wash cars which was a complete lie as manager told me later on they do wash cars ....I think they chose not to wash it due to the scratch they put on the vehicle . Amazed how service can lie to a client face about not washing cars especially a new vehicle that hasn't worked properly since day one ! ...as you pick up your car you will notice how bad the parking is in the lot ...very tight and impossible for me to turn around . No wonder cars get scratched there !! their rating says it all ....avoid at all costs ! More

FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COST This is our second Nissan Car ( first was purchased from Alta Nissan and the experience was wonderful). My dad was more comfortable with a sales rep t This is our second Nissan Car ( first was purchased from Alta Nissan and the experience was wonderful). My dad was more comfortable with a sales rep talking his mother tongue so he went to willowdale Nissan. At first everything went great and the agreed on the price and signed purchase agreement. On the day of the pick up we had an appointment for 9:30, the finance manager was running behind and finally when he took us in at 10:30 he asked us to sign a DIFFERENT purchase agreement with higher price!!! We refused claiming that not honoring an agreement and forcing to us to sign an agreement that would benefit Nissan is Fraud specially since they didn't openly explain it but rather said sign here and here!!!! after arguing back and forth the sales manager (Alex) agreed to refund us the difference between old and new agreement. 4 months later we are still waiting for that money. Luckily I have pictures of the agreement and saved exchange with the sales rep to prove my case as the current sales manager comes up with a new story every time we ask about our money. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Nissan Canada and BBB. Nissan is a great car but do yourself a favour and DO NOT DEAL with willowdale Nissan!!! More

Before signing up new lease they promise will "take care" of your existing leased car and you need not to worry about old car returning to the dealership. 30 days after signing up new lease and returned the old leased car, they send you a $800 bill of charges related to the old leased car. Liars... WE WILL NEVER LEASE OR BUY A NISSAN CAR EVER AGAIN! More
