Best Deal On. Gently Used Car I purchased a 2015 Versa Note SL in October 2018. I shopped around many Nissan Dealwrships in my area and farther aflubg hands down these guys had the I purchased a 2015 Versa Note SL in October 2018. Also my sales rep and finance manager were totally awesome ( Marc and Elaine) and they even threw in Brand new Snow Tires. Definitely worth the trip. We drove from Hamilton On to Purchase my car. All in all a very pleasant car buying experience. More

They provided the lowest labour price for my After shopping around several Nissan's Parts & Service Centres, I have finally found Willowdale Nissan. They provided the lowest labour price for my 2006 Murano's fog bulbs replacement, - 2.5-3 times less than at other Nissan centers close to my place, including the dealership where I originally bought my Murano. My special thanks to Parts Department. (Frankly, also Village Nissan could provide me with the same low labour prices and good service. But they are far away from my place.) I am very satisfied with the service, and from now I consider Willowdale Nissan for the next service/repair, and recommend them to others. More

Horrible used car service We walked in ready to look at a new Nissan but we wanted to know what our current Nissan was worth. The used car manager Danny was the rudest person I We walked in ready to look at a new Nissan but we wanted to know what our current Nissan was worth. The used car manager Danny was the rudest person I've ever met. He pretty much walked in after a nicer new sales rep was helping us, and asked us how much we wanted. We replied saying that we didn't really know how much it was worth (is it not their job to tell us?). So we threw out a number and then he said thank you and walked away. By far the worst attitude I've ever dealt with. Even the receptionist at the front was scared to page him at first - clearly he's not liked, for good reason. Will never go to willowdale Nissan ever again. Don't go there to sell or buy a used car - horrible attitude. More

I am now a very happy owner of a new Sentra (which Mobin recommended). Great space in the back for when the whole family goes out. I love it! Mobin also sold my husband a Nissan Rouge (which he is truly happy with) about 6 or so months ago. Thank you again Mobin. We are 2 very happy Nissan owners. Mary and Roger Hallam :) More
Dealer Good Corporation Suspect In Computer Data Protection I have leased 3 Rogues and one Infiniti from Willowdale Nissan. The dealer has been excellent through all those years. Over decades The General Manage I have leased 3 Rogues and one Infiniti from Willowdale Nissan. The dealer has been excellent through all those years. Over decades The General Manager Mark excellent to get to know and my last salesperson Shahin has been excellent. No request goes unattended. This lease Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) got involved and the experience turned sour. When the connection was done for Nissan Connect for all their fancy computer stuff in the car, my e-mail address somehow got stalked. This was August 2017. To date, I have over 4000 e-mails as a result of this computer process. Denied of course BUT it happened never the less. All junk from all over the world and all areas of business. Then In December that company NOT THE DEALER got their computer system hacked. They did not notify all lease customers until mid-January 2018 but names addresses, bank account numbers, credit information all ended up with the hackers. I spent many a day protecting investment information, changing bank accounts, notifying suppliers, and changing one credit card that got compromised. etc.And NCF never gave us someone to contact to talk with. Without my sales rep I would have been abandoned. As a result of this mess, I have bought out my lease from Nissan and will own the car in April when paperwork gets finalized. Bad corporation from a data protection standpoint BUT GREAT Dealer. I would still buy a car from them and have Shanhin Sepehri be your salesman. Super guy. I still plan to have the car serviced by the dealer as they have been great in that area over past 15 years. Just make sure you stay away from any dealings with NCF but DONT avoid the dealer just because of a lousy corporate connection. More

This coming from a sales guy! More
